5 Stars — Great Bike and Even Better Service!
I ordered a bike for my grandson and when it arrived, we realized it was the wrong size. Glerc's customer service responded right away and helped me with the return, sending out the correct size within 24 hours. I am very impressed with their service and for putting their customers first, listening, and being willing to find a resolution as quickly as possible. My grandson is absolutely loving his new bike! Bought a bike for our three year old
Bought a bike for our three year old. It was well reviewed and looked appropriate.
Upon receiving it and attempting to put it together we noticed that one of the forks for attaching the front wheel hadn't been welded on straight, and was therefore aligned incorrectly.
This means the front wheel itself doesnt align, and is off-centre from the handle bars. Worse still this causes the wheel to contact the brake pad at all times. Not matter how hard we tried we could not align the wheel. And, ultimately concluded that we never would be able to because of a flaw in the bikes manufacture, despite following the instructions as stringently as possible.
To top it off the wicker basket that came with the bike was cracked.
Overall a low quality product and we will be seeking an immediate refund.

Update to Excellent customer support once escalated to management
Update on Customer Service and what is happening now. Yesterday in frustration I posted a 1 star review here that I am now revising to a 5 star review due to being contacted by management, who has the authority to help me and is. When she first got her bike she loved it and when management found out about my issues, they have stepped in to help and that was all I ever wanted. Glerc is standing by the warranty and I am now completely satisfied and feel heard as a consumer. I will give an update on 30 days with how the replacement is doing so you all can see if you are thinking of buying from Glerc, go for it. I think this was a one off situation and feel confident in their upper management and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very professional process and worth the purchase.
The bike itself is cute and for the most part, working properly. My daughter loves it. Only down side is, she needs the seat all the way down, so she is not able to have the baby seat attached. Which is a bummer, cause that is one of the main reasons we purchased this one. So she could bring her babies with her. Maybe look into alternative attaching locations. Also, better direction for reflector locations and/or different styles of reflectors to work with the basket and baby seat attachments. Instructions for assembly don't really help with placing these, very generic.
Company contacted me, regarding my review, and are planning on taking my suggestions in for consideration.
All in all, great experience and very nice product. Planning on buying the larger similar bike for her mother, so they have matching set.
