The Airgun Centre Omdömen

I bought my first air rifle from this shop at the beginning of 2025 and their customer service was just amazing, I was given so much time and advice from the team and felt confident that I, with their help had made the right choice. I then returned to them 4/5 weeks ago wanting to purchase my next air rifle and again the support given was just amazing!!. Since taking ownership of my new air rifle I have had to call the team on a couple of occasions and it’s so nice to be recognised and get the same level of support ensuring that all my questions were answered and when extra items were needed they were sent out to me that day. I will always use these guys for all of my air rifle needs and can’t recommend them more. Fantastic shop employing a knowledgeable, professional and friendly team.

Great service, great accommodation and went above and beyond to get my HW100 X to me.

I’ve used airgun Cente for years because they are so helpful and have the unique lifetime guarantee.
Went in today with a leaking seal on an old weihrauch, Justin repaired it while I waited
fantastic service.
I ended up walking out with a new daystate wolverine
Always a good experience at this place

Ordered online from the air gun center and was given a date for my delivery which turned up on time and fantastic quality, a big thanks to Steve who who replied to my email, overall a fantastic experience with them will definitely be using them again

Mr Foster

Very helpful and attentive service. Justin went out of his way to answer questions and give advice to help me make a decision. Left the store with exactly what I wanted. Excellent service and highly recommended, was well worth the drive

Really friendly and helpful staff, more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. Talked me through everything I needed to know to get started and didn’t try to push anything to make a sale. Great selection of guns and accessories.

I have used the Airgun Centre on numerous occasions over the past two years and have always recieved a Top quality service .
The staff are freindly knowledgable and welcoming. I can recomend this business to anyone wishing to purchase or just wanting advice.

Clean and simple to use web site. My order was efficiently processed and all communication (via email) was conducted in a timely fashion with all questions being answered to the full. The staff were on the ball when notifying me of a delay, and kept me informed at all points of the delivery process. I was even given (for free) an additional 2nd hand magazine - brilliant - most unexpected and most welcome! I will be back again for additional purchases!

The staff are friendly and courteous and very patient! Their prices may be slightly higher but to me the lifelong warranty and the fact I can go to them with any problems with my rifle more than compensates for the few extra pounds.

First time that i used the shop and it won't be my last the staff are all excellent the staff member that served me was steve he was very good and explained everything to me about my purchase the stock level is excellent they have everything that i need for my air rifle.

£379? That's an excess of £70 compared to 2 other websites.

£305 + Free delivery is a much better option... For the same item.

Took 2 rifles back today for small leaks after 5 years since purchasing & was fixed whilst waiting. Top staff especially Ben. Would recommend if in Essex & Local 5*

I bought my first ever air rifle, a Theoben Scirocco Dlx, from the Airgun Centre back in 1984, and despite moving to Kent, I've always used them, and always will.
I've had a couple of issues with rifles over the years, but they are always fixed, without any quibble.
They are nice people, who know what they are talking about, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The free servicing for the life of a rifle, is outstanding too!

Dealt with Steven! Excellent communication. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
You have a customer for life many thanks.

Bought an Air Gun 10 years ago from the Air Gun Centre, took it back today with an issue that I obviously fully expected to pay for. They took a look, fitted a new sealing washer, working as new now. NO CHARGE, happy to help. Fantastic service, thank you.

Fantastic service from the Air Gun Centre. Purchased a Gamo package which is great value for money and a lifetime guarantee and they fixed a problem with my R10 at no charge.
