Excellent service from start to finish , The staff were friendly , knowledgeable , and took the time to answer all my questions especially as I am a bit of a newbie . The shop is well organised, and it's very clear the guys have a lot of experience and genuinely care about customer satisfaction . I came away confident I'd received honest advice and a first class service . I would absolutely recommend this business for anyone looking for good professional advice and customer support . Headline: Shady tactics! Lied about a used gun being brand new, then tried to give me an illegal over-limit rifle!I spent £1450 on what was explicitly sold to me as a brand-new AirMaks Katran .22 (Sub-12 ft-lb). However, upon closer inspection, the rifle was heavily scratched inside the magazine well, proving it was a heavily handled ex-display or used unit. They completely hid this from me. On top of that, the regulator was faulty, dropping to a miserable 10.3 ft-lb after just 20 shots. After I rejected it, they ordered a replacement. When it arrived, they tried to rush me out, saying: "No need to test it, we already did." I insisted we test it together on the chronograph with 18.13gr pellets. The results were shocking and highly dangerous: the power was wildly inconsistent, spiking up to 12.7 ft-lb and 12.8 ft-lb!They literally tried to send me home with an illegal, unlicensed Section 1 Firearm (FAC) after lying that it was "fine". If I hadn't stood my ground and checked, I could have faced severe criminal consequences with the police.I got a full refund because they had no way out, but their lack of ethics, dishonesty about used stock, and complete disregard for UK firearms law is appalling. ALWAYS independent-chrono your gun if you buy from here!So how can you explain to me that when we tested it together, the rifle recorded readings of 11.2, 11.7, 12.8, and so on, up to 12.7? How do you explain that? If you’re honest, you have to admit it. Thank you.And please explain to me why it was so scratched exactly where the magazine goes into the rifle—it wasn't just from use; you can't scratch it just by using it

I recently ordered an air rifle and I’m really pleased with the product. It arrived fully set up, properly assembled, and ready to use — a level of service you don’t often get, and it made a great first impression.

One thing that would improve the customer experience is clearer information on the website about stock levels and the fact that some items may be coming from abroad. My order wasn’t actually in stock at the time, which I didn’t realise, and it ended up taking around four weeks to arrive. That said, once I got in touch, their communication was very good and they kept me updated throughout the process.

Overall, excellent customer service, great communication, and a high‑quality product that was worth the wait. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great team, with fantastic knowledge.
Bought several Air Rifles with them and they have done warranty repairs too.
Would recommend.

I got a BRK Ghost plus from the airgun centre. And I have to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase. So much so that I won't be buying an air rifle from anyone else in the future.

Outstanding service received from the Airgun Centre Rayleigh. I had tried everything to get my Wulf compressor to fill my HW100 and at risk of feeling stupid gave in and contacted the shop. Justin suggested a couple of things to try and should that not work bring it to the shop. The following morning Ian filled my rifle in seconds and Justin explained why my compressor wasn’t filling. He fixed it in minutes didn’t charge and didn’t make me feel daft at all. Would highly recommend The Airgun Centre to all

Excellent after sale service, placed order which came next day but unfortunatly it was missing 2 items. Contacted via email and items immediately posted same day out to me and arrived following day.

A very good experience with the Airgun Centre! - these guys are knowledgeable and helpful- and were great to deal with.
Wouldn’t shop anywhere else now.

Justin was brilliant. Managed to get my order sorted within a few days as I needed it early before a holiday. Extremely helpful 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service did Excellent what they said and kept me updated

Great service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have purchased a couple of premium air rifles from this supplier recently and delighted with both. The buying experience was great; in the store I was able to try and discuss various rifles and sights to find most suitable. After-sales support easy, helpful, trustworthy. You can buy with confidence from these guys!

Excellent service from Justin helping me with the purchase of my new ghost plus and accessories highly recommend

Excellent service, delivery and customer support

I recently purchased a Weihrauch HW100 X from The Airgun Centre and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience.

The rifle was delivered over the weekend at the exact agreed time, which was perfect as we were at home. Everything arrived well packaged, fully set up and ready to use, including the scope already mounted.

When I later had a question regarding filling the rifle, the team was very helpful and took the time to talk me through the issue over the phone. The advice was clear, practical and the problem was resolved quickly.

Excellent communication, reliable delivery and genuine after-sales support. I’ll definitely be coming back for another rifle… assuming my wife doesn’t kick me out first! 😄

Highly recommended.

I ordered an airgun combo online from The Airgun Centre on Boxing Day.
Their pricing was really competitive and they had the rifle and scope I wanted in stock.

The price included an upgraded scope and free home delivery.

Home delivery was arranged for between 09:30 and 11:30 on Sunday the 4th January. The delivery driver arrived on time and was very cheerful.

I can't fault the whole Airgun Centre experience, from ease of navigating the website, placing my order, receiving regular updates and finally having the gun delivered directly to my home on time.

Ordered an Air Arms s410 with scope and accessories. They arrived in good time, in excellent condition and the rifle is very accurate straight out of the case. Really impressed with the service and the rifle, great value as it came with a Hawke 4-16x50 IR scope.
