I recently purchased an Air Arms TX200 from Just Airguns and have nothing but praise. The price was very competitive and included delivery. I ordered my rifle on a Wednesday and it was delivered lunchtime on the Friday - less than 2-days! The communication from Just Airguns was excellent throughout and I am delighted with my new rifle.

Absolute cowboys.

I'm historically quite experienced with shooting but it's been a very long time, so i visited the store in Feltham for advice on an air rifle and accessories. I barely got any responses from the guy in the store, very little actual advice so I made my own mind up, which I could have done via the website anyway.

I chose the specific model of air rifle for it's picatinny bipod rail. When asking for a picatinny compatible bipod I was shown a selection and chose a decent looking Hawke one. Arriving home I found it was a sling-swivel mount and incompatible.

I asked to return via post, easy right? Firstly, after agreeing to the return, Mike tried to tell me that I just needed to buy an adaptor and add another weak-point to what should be a stable mount, with additional cost.

Of course, I returned the bipod via Royal mail 24h tracked. Almost a week later, no update. Tracking showed as delivered the next day, showing gps and an image clearly depicting the interior of the store.

Mike distinctly claimed the parcel had not been received and demanded tracking information before proceeding.

"After reviewing, we have not yet received a Bipod. To locate the package, we will need a postage receipt for tracking."

I don't really get how after providing the tracking details, the parcel magically appeared. The only conclusion I could reach is that they were going to chance it and say it hadn't arrived unless I could prove it did, as other reviewers have experienced. Is their goods in really just a pile of chaos?

After some to and fro, I got two emails, one from Mike to say refund actioned and another from their system confirming the partial refund.

Then, four days later I get an email from Paul demanding my 'complete bank details'. I responded to say I can provide via phone but he denied and again demanded my 'complete bank details'.

My conclusion is that these guys are dodgy market-style traders at best. If they aren't outright dodgy, their record keeping is absolutely atrocious and they seem to stall the process for so many unnecessary reasons. This one experience is enough to put me off going anywhere near them ever again.

To think, they could have just swapped it out for a compatible bipod, retained their margins and then all moved on with our lives but three weeks later, they're still dragging it out and I see a charge back being the best option. I really don't have time for their stalling. It's rare to have such a poor retail experience.

I would give no stars if possible.
Bought an air rifle that malfunctioned within hours of arrival. Informed the company, yes send it back we will refund. Sent back the next day and thankfully I tracked it. Long story short they said I had damaged the rifle and were rude. I did not damage the rifle at all. I'm an experienced shooter and most definitely know when equipment is at fault and dangerous. Numerous phone calls and the phone put down on me. Emails ignored.
Claimed my money back via the charge back with my bank. Took 3 months but I was refunded via my claim.
Wish I had seen all these awful reviews before I purchased.
Dishonest and disappointing. I'll never buy anything from them again.

At beginning of this year spent £730 on air rifle, pressure bottle, targets and pellets with a view to stopping 6 squirrels digging up my garden. I didn't have the stomach to do it so took it all back unused today with the hope of maybe getting a little money back if only 25%.
They refused to have any of it back unused and in pristeen condition and told me to sell it online.
When inquiring online to sell an air rifle it says to sell it to the gunshop where you bought it.
I found their attitude was rude and dismissive.
Anyone shopping there should take note.

Purchased a gun and later noticed that the front sight was not vertical but leaning over to the 11 o'clock position.Also very close to the muzzle and I believe possibly interfering with pellet trajectory. Got in touch with them expecting them to swap gun or fix the issue . They replied saying this was normal and nothing was wrong🤪How can a gun shoot straight if the sights are not aligned?? Just Bull manure and an excuse not to the right thing. I'm contacting a solicitor and trading standards. DO NOT USE THEM.

Ordered an air rifle on a Saturday for delivery to an NG postcode. Their website stated 2-4 days delivery time with a message before the day of delivery. I called them up on Thursday asking when my air rifle would be delivered. They said it would be delivered before the end of the week. I was expecting a message on Friday to confirm delivery for Saturday. No message, so I called, and they said they would confirm my delivery date for Saturday/Sunday and would call me back by 4 pm to confirm. I never received a call back that day.

On Saturday, I've had enough, and I called and emailed asking to cancel my order. They said they would cancel the order and I would get an email confirming the cancellation. Once again, I never got an email to confirm the cancellation. I rang up and emailed again on Monday, and my order wasn't cancelled. They said we can deliver it by Wednesday, but I'd had enough at that point, and I finally received an email confirming my cancellation with a refund arriving 3 days later.

If ordering for delivery, I would not recommend, the customer service and management is bad.

This company should be shut down they say it takes 14+ days to look at a item you can see is faulty would take a decent person 30 secs, sent photo's the lot, been told have to give them time WHY! also their saying they have a backlog to go through i wonder why.

Worst customer service ever, they refused to refund their faulty, poor workmanship rifle and then discriminately refused to service me,
DO NOT USE THEM, COWBOYS

Avoid SHARKS.take your money.orders never get sent out evasive customer service.good luck getting a refund

I ordered an expensive air rifle based on the suggested ease of delivery direct to my home. I then read Trustpilot and became worried. In fact I have received delivery after only two days - and it was easy. Very happy with the service.

Bought a PCP air rifle but it was defective. Sent it back and they promised a full refund without argument BUT I had to pay the postage to send it back (£14.20) even though it was not my fault. Surely they should pay this. It's now 5 June and I still have not received a refund - very poor service.

Terrible customer service. The order didn’t start on 3rd day after purchase - justairguns.co.uk delivery policy 2-4 days. I had to call 4 times just to motivate the team to initiate ordering process which included my delayed ID check. The person on call was too casual to handle customer queries. I had to cancel the order. Disappointed

Bought my third or fourth air gun from these amazing guys. Absolutely brilliant service yet again. I drove up to the shop, knowing what I wanted, the gentleman who served me was a very nice young man, very polite, very knowledgeable and also caring. I asked about a silencer and he gave me the one he thought was the best, not even close to the most expensive one. Absolutely amazing company and I'll definitely use them again.

Bought Air pistol Never arrived couldn’t give me another delivery date even though I offered they could deliver at my office or my Home cancelled order now waiting for the refund keep getting AI generated message saying due to technical issues it will be with you in three days. This is six weeks later now issuing court proceedings in the Small claims court absolute shame of a company

Always, Always pay by credit card as this gives you an insurance on your purchases. If the shop won’t refund the credit card company will.

Absolutely diabolical so called company. Advertise products with specifications that when you pay for and then receive something different they claim that errors were made but we don't stock or can't aquire what you believed you were buying. If you pursue it you get passed to a very rude and arrogant individual named Prab who basically blames you the customer and tells you there's nothing you can do about it.
Scammers but seem to continue to get away with it.
My advice, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS SHAM OF A SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had an ongoing dispute since the end of September last year up to and including the last email I sent at the start of January. That last email has been completely ignored so again, don't touch this mob with a barge pole.

Air pistol bought 3 months ago and has developed a fault after only a few uses. Should have 12 month manufacturers warranty. We had low expectations before contacting customer services, based on other reviews… and didn’t fail to disappoint.
“Wear and tear” after a few uses. About £50 per go! Happy to sell us a replacement!!!

Fantastic consistency with the JTS .25 pellets.
Bought 3 different grains for my FAC FX Wildcat to test. Absolutely staggered at the performance at almost any speed! Left my usual JSB Heavies for dead!

Purchased a Crosman multi shot mission last February.
Used very little as only have a rat problem in winter.
The tabs on the magazine started to break. It felt very cheap and poor quality. After some research a lot of other owners are having the same problem.
I contacted Just Airguns about the problem and was told the gun has a 6 month warranty so nothing they could do even though it is obvious the gun has a manufacturing fault.
I've put it down to experience and would have to take it through Trading standards and most likely get nowhere. They must know this gun has a fault and sold it to me anyway.
Think carefully before using this supplier and do your homework.
