We ordered a fire pit table
We ordered a fire pit table, unfortunately the glass table top was broken on arrival. I sent photo's of the damage and the response was very quick & understanding. I received a replacement glass top promptly.
A very happy and impressed customer.

Glass side table
Item I purchased was at a good price, well packaged and arrived undamaged. Only issue I had was day of original estimated delivery given as between 11.05 and 13.05 I was able to track the delivery down to a nearby street and 3 parcels to be delivered prior to me at 12.45. I waited until 13.40 before I had to return to work, by which time the tracking service advised that tracking was not available. I rescheduled after failed delivery and then did receive item.

No delivery on the time stated
I was emailed saying that my new dinning room table and chairs would be delivered between 7am and 10am today and I've had no phone call or delivery and I took the morning off to accept delivery.

We are genuinely disappointed to receive your review and very sorry to hear that you feel let down by your experience.
Having looked into your delivery, we can confirm that it was successfully completed at 11:03 AM, just one hour past the original arranged time. Unfortunately, as with many deliveries across the country, traffic conditions and roadworks can occasionally cause unavoidable delays — something which is, regrettably, outside of our direct control.
Like many other businesses, we do rely on external carrier services for deliveries, and while we always aim to provide the best service possible, some flexibility is sometimes required for circumstances beyond anyone's control.
We also note that you did not contact us at any point before leaving your review. We would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to look into any concerns you had and respond accordingly, as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Exceptional service all round
I ordered the garden table and chairs and it was delivered with in 2 days. So well packed and very little assembly needed just to the table . Two nice guys delivered it straight into back garden . I will definitely use that’s furniture again .
