Great garden furniture set, delivered promptly. Had to pay delivery cost but wasn’t drastic considering distance and bulk of pallet. Customer service rep was very helpful in dealing with this.

Despatch was good but not alot of correspondence from the carriers. On tracking item they had changed delivery date. Furniture itself is of good quality.

8 seater round rattan garden table and chairs
From making the order for my garden furniture to delivery took just 3 days
My 8 seater ratan garden chairs and table is beautiful sturdy well made
I thought I had cushions missing from the order I emailed and received a rely about 2 hours later. The cushions were concealed under the chairs customer service is excellent
I have no hesitation in purchasing more items from That’s Furniture

Communication very poor and delivery timescale was not stuck to, item took 4 weeks to arrive and after chasing still arrived a week after I was advised it would come.

Due to the bank holiday weekend, your order was dispatched on 03/06 and delivered the following day on 04/06.

Great furniture. Poor communication.
Arrived in good condition and was securely packed. The furniture is of excellent quality. Very simple to assemble.
Missed first attempt at delivery and then had no communication until I contacted the seller who sorted everything out.

Order arrived but damaged by courier, contacted that’s furniture and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted the problem straight away. New table top sent to us via Furdeco who were also very good.

Good furniture and good customer service.
The order process was easy. The delivery date was set and communication around this was good and prompt. The furniture arrived safely, bar an ice cube bucket. I informed the company and they immediately dispatched one, which arrived quickly and without fuss. The furniture itself is lovely and exactly as described. Very happy with That's Furniture and the customer service.

3 glass nest of tables
Beautiful, simple and just right in our home.
4 stars because smallest table which was to go over top of another piece didn’t fit as expected.
On checking its measurements it was narrower one end which meant it didn’t fit.
However we’ve changed tables around and have made the others work for us.
I would but them again…

Ordered 4 x brown chairs but received 2 x brown and 2 x ivory. Also the dimensions of the chairs on the website are incorrect. No apology from person in customer service and unnecessary long time waiting for refund
