Bought a 2 seater dining set which…
Bought a 2 seater dining set which arrived as described.
Have a problem with the table as one leg is sitting 20cm off the floor 🫣
Have been told it’s a problem with the side panels and they are on order to replace them.
This was 2 months ago and it’s still not resolved. Very good at replying to my emails but not at actions, very disappointing as it’s a good product apart from this fault and poor customer support

We’re sorry for the delay in resolving your dining set and fully understand your frustration. To clarify, the issue was due to a manufacturing defect where one panel was approximately 2 inches short (not 20cm). From the outset, we offered several options, including a full collection and refund, but you chose to wait for the replacement panels. At any point you could have requested the collection and refund option, but we respected your decision and kept you updated while waiting for the parts from the manufacturer.
While the wait has been longer than expected, we’ve aimed to provide good service by keeping you informed and offering clear resolution options throughout.

From the clicking of the original order to the ongoing customer service, I really cannot rate this company higher.
I ordered a fire pit table and chair set after looking at many different ones on the internet. I plumped for That’s Furniture based on the reviews.
The set is a really high standard and feels like it will last for years. And then, even months later when I needed something from customer service (due to no fault of the furniture), they were on hand to help.

Very nice garden furniture we got the Arizona round 4 seater. We had an issue with the glass top spoke to customer service and replaced it for us no questions asked very helpful very considerate and go the extra mile for there customer great team and service

Only reason I didn't give five stars is that the packaging was a robust stapled wooden structure that very difficult to remove without help. The option to have this operation carried out by the delivery team would have been appreciated. Also the note that returns would only be accepted in the original packaging effectively means that returns will not be accepted.

Our delivery team would have been happy to assist with opening the packaging had this been requested at the time.
That said, your comments are very valuable, and we will be passing them on to our drivers so they can be more proactive in offering help going forward.
Regarding returns, while we do ask for items to be returned in their original packaging, we understand that in some cases this isn’t always practical. Lovely garden furniture savannahs 6 seater table with firepit and griddle plate. Very impressed with it , only downside was that I work shifts, I spoke to a lovely pleasant girl on the phone number on website, to ask if delivery men could give me a call half an hour before they got to my address so that I could call a neighbour to accept delivery, I was told this wouldn't be a problem, my husband got home from work to find all the boxes stacked up by the gate, no phone call to say they were on their way . That's my only gripe but other than that, everything was perfect 🥰

The customer care support has been exceptional. Efficient, compassionate and generous.
The customer care support has been exceptional. I was able to talk through my requirements on the phone and was given excellent advice whilst deciding what to purchase and arranging a suitable delivery slot.
There was a some confusion with the delivery company but this was sorted and next day delivery assured within 25mins of me calling customer service for help.
In the past weeks some accidental damage was incurred to the Lazy Susan glass topper. Helen in customer service was fast and efficient in her assessment and a replacement shipped today - free of charge! I am delighted and extremely impressed. There are very few occasions these days where such kindness and generosity exist .

Brilliant service.
Having had to cancel an order I made with an online Rattan furniture company because my order hadn't arrived after 3 months I placed an order with this company. I did this on a Saturday and my order was delivered the following Thursday. I was kept informed about despatch and the courier service they employ are brilliant too.
I do believe that you really get to see what a company is like when things don't go quite to plan. When my furniture arrived, I realised that the wrong colour table had been sent. I phoned and explained the situation, stating that I had arranged a social that weekend. The lady I dealt with was polite and helpful, telling me that she'd arrange a replacement table to be delivered and in the meantime she told me to assemble the table I had received to use over the weekend. No quibbles at all. The replacement table came the following week and the exchange took place.
I would definitely recommend this company. Their ethos is truly to serve their customers well.
