Love their clothes. Love their eco-friendly business. Love their customer service: ordered a pair of pants that had a giant hole in the seam before being worn, sent an email with a photo of the damage, and they responded promptly, replacing the pants. Awesome all around.

Lovely t-shirts, soft comfy and don't shrink. Highly recommended.

I ordered multiple items over the Boxing Week Sale, however, my parcel never made it to me but instead returned to sender due to undisclosed reason.

I was able to reorder the items that were still available with Boxing Week prices honored and matched.

So glad Sam from Customer Service was able to help me as some items have gone back to their original pricing!

UPDATE After washing and wearing the leggings, I find the material to be very thin and not of the quality of my other clothing from Tentree. I’ve updated my review as well as my star rating to reflect. Tentree clothing is mostly great quality, and I like what they are doing for the environment. I placed an order online that came quickly. I had an issue with my order which was promptly resolved by Silvia. They continued to keep contact throughout the process and followed up once it was resolved. The customer service was fantastic! I would absolutely order from Tentree again just not their leggings.

Tentree is the best! This company made it so simple and stress free to return items. They reply to your inquiries right away and are extremely helpful when returning goods. You can ship your items at no charge as they provide you with the shipping label and refund $$ right away. Thank you Tentree!

Amazing customer service! Their expected delivery time windows we're guaranteed to arrive for a birthday gift so I contacted their customer service. They put my order on priority sequence and upgraded my shipping so that it would arrive on time. Amazing company with a great mission.

NOT Tentree's fault, it was a concern i had about the delivery of the package. The clothing is such good quality, customer service is fantastic. I received pants for Christmas that were too big but it was after the 30 day exchange date, so I reached out to customer service and they didn’t hesitate to extend our exchange date so that I could get the right size. Quick to respond, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company and product!!

My package was lost, about 2 weeks before the holiday. I shot out an email to the customer help center, was told it might take 24-48 hours to hear back. Leah responded within a few hours, and had a plan in place, ready to act. She did an investigation, and sent out another pair, free of charge! Once the lost package was delivered, I reached back out to see how to get one of the pairs of sweats back to the store. She told me to keep them!! My wife has bought me two pair of the sweats before, and I had to repay the favor, now she has two pairs also. We love tentree and the mission they are in, highly recommend. I feel I must give a Huge shout out to Leah in customer service at Tentree! Leah assisted me with an exchange on a puffer vest that I ordered my son for Christmas! I am undecided of the size and not sure if a S or M would be the best size for him. Tentree provides excellent customer service!!....theyvhave gone above and beyond to answer my questions and solve any issues while shopping with them online ....Recently I had to reach out and explain that a new courier was absolutely unreachable by transit to pick up my parcel....I live in an apartment...Sam@ TenTree said that he would ask UniUni to return the parcel and have another courier pick up the parcel so at least I would be able to pick it up at easier location that I could travel to if I wished ...in this case Fed Ex..I was very happy that he did this for me....I hope in the future that customers would be able to choose the easiest courier for them ...Sam said that he would pass this information along to management...I love the clothing and want to continue shopping online with Tentree...thanks Sam!!
