I have loved tentree for the past few years since I have moved towards supporting more ethical and sustainable companies. The quality and uniqueness of their items keeps me coming back! However, a recent order was lost and when I contacted Customer Care, they did an amazing job of taking care of me. They reissued the order immediately and checked in with me regularly until I received the replacement product. I am so grateful for an ethical and kind company that also happens to make amazing clothes!

Tout d'abord j'adore les vêtements Tentree. La qualité et la douceur des tissus. Ajoutez à ceci l'aspect écologique des tissus recyclés, la mission de planter des arbres à chaque achat me plaît énormément. Pour terminer, à chaque contact (courriel) avec le service à la clientèle, j'ai senti l'humanité derrière la marque de la compagnie ce qui ajoute une cohérence. Les gens qui y travaillent sont foncièrement gentils. Je suis une fan à vie de Tentree ❤

I was preparing to make a purchase with Tentree and planned to use my reward points on the order. I was surprised to see that my points had expired. Customer service was quick to respond and helped me immediately. Huge thanks to Jordan and Silvia, my fashion this summer will be treemendous. Long story short I now have a better understanding of the rewards program.

I was looking for some nice and stylish elasticated trousers, as I don't like 'normal' trousers. I typed in bouldering trousers and Tentree came up. So I decided to order a pair and absolutely loved them so order a couple more different colours and am so happy to have found them. I then ordered a black pair to go to work in. My only wish... is that there were more colours!!

J'ai acheté pour la première fois chez Tentree et j'ai dû contacté le service à la clientèle suite à ma commande. J'ai été répondu vraiment super rapidement et on s'est occupé immédiatement de mon problème. Service plus qu'impeccable! Je recommande vraiment Tentree pour excellent service et pour leurs produits de qualité. Les tissus sont magnifiques, les couleurs sont très jolies et la coupe est superbe. Je suis vraiment contente de mes deux chandails! :)

Tentree is without a doubt my favorite wardrobe pieces. In addition to incredible selection, quality and style, their support is phenomenal. The support team is so amazingly helpful and accommodating that I honestly cannot say enough about how grateful I always am. Silvia in customer care has been extraordinary in her support; consistently reaching out to reassure and willing to help resolve it as soon as able. You can sense her genuine caring in her messaging. She makes the Tentree online shopping expereince feel safe and remarkably pleasant.

I've contacted tentree's customer service twice in the last few months. The first time, parcel was stolen from my apartment door while I was at work. This was 100% FedEx's fault and NOT tentree's, but they replaced all my items free of charge AND changed the courier to ensure I would get my clothes. The second time, I entered my former PO Box number instead of the new one (it had recently been changed). I sent an email and Leah got back to me within a day to tell me she had changed the address and that my package would be sent to the correct PO Box. I honestly can't thank her enough! This company is just phenomenal all around.

I received a sweater that had a crease from the twine wrapping that didn't come out even after washing. I ended up connecting with customer service (Silvia) and was given a few ironing/steaming tricks to try and it worked! Clearly shows they care more about just selling a product, they know about their fabrics and how to care for it.

I have always loved the TenTree brand but today's query regarding the rewards program was answered quickly and my issue was solved.
The quality is always top-notch and when I really want to treat myself; I order a piece from their website.

I experienced a size problem with my order (totally my fault) and even though the item was on sale the customer service department went above and beyond to help me. I love that I plant trees, I love all 9 or 10 pieces of clothing I've purchased (so fun to wear)! I'm just so happy to support this company.

Amazing company. The clothing is top notch quality and they are working to help make the world whole. Customer service is also fantastic. Wonderful sustainable brand.

Received a damaged product and the customer care department was amazing in getting a replacement right away. Also the donation program with damaged items in order to reduce carbon emissions Is a great incentive

Quality of the products.
Came in timely manner. The clothes fit perfectly and are comfortable. The cost is a bit higher but well worth it. Making a difference is important. Happy to see that my purchase is making an impact to go green.

I am very frustrated by the service received by TenTree and the clarity of the website.

My husband bought me a jacket as a gift. When I found the jacket did not fit, I used the website return system to process a return; however the system is unclear and I apparently requested the return in a form of a gift card instead of back to the original form of payment. When I called to have this corrected they said it could not be fixed.

So now I was forced to buy additional clothing to use the gift card money. Again, the site was not clear because when this clothing arrived and did not fit, I found I could not return it because 2/3 items were listed as final sale, which I do not recall seeing during checkout. Additionally, when I went to return the final clothing item, I found the amount returned to be significantly less than expected. I found that despite the site saying free returns, in small print it says they do charge for a $10 shipping label, which makes return of this clothing item a lost cause because the monies received back won't cover anything else reasonable on this site and I do not wish to give this company any more money.

Buying a present and then needing to change the size - Leah from tentree could not have been more helpful. Responsive, positive and a great communicator. Bravo!

About 3 months ago I found this quilted shirt on a manikin in Grapevine Texas, my luck wouldn’t be the right size, to my amazement it was my size! I’m between Large and XL and it was labeled extra-large and the maker was 10Tree, never heard of them before but it got great so I purchased it. I’ve worn it almost every other day since, sadly it’s started getting a tear in the shoulder and the sleeve. Contacted their customer service yesterday and was told typically through 3rd party stores they couldn’t help, but luckily they reimbursed me to buy a whole new quilted shirt!!! Love love this company and will continue to buy through them as long as they’re around! A+++++ customer support and quick!
