I ordered 3 mystery boxes from Tentree. upon arrival, it was found that several items were the wrong size. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful in sending out the proper items quickly.
The quality of the Tentree items is excellent, and the customer service is fantastic. I will purchase more items in the future.

Excellent customer service. Although I was sent one item that didn't exactly match the description, the issue was handled quickly, with a very satisfactory outcome. I remain a loyal customer.

I purchased a Nimbus Long Rain Coat from Tentree this last spring and just love it. I was happily surprised at the quality of the garment, the confection, style, the cut, style and color all together. On top of that the fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles! ...and guaranteed rainproof. Exactly what I was looking for. Totally waterproof coats or jackets are not that easy to find.

I didn't know about Tentree so it was a nice discovery, a great find also since it is a Canadian company. I believe these are reliable people, with a good Customer Service as well.

I ordered for the first time from Tentree, excited about their non tox options.
Unfortunately the size didn’t fit on a final sale product, even though I followed the size chats. When I contacted customer service, not only was the response time very quick, but she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue.
The customer service was top notch, and for that, I give 5 stars.
I will definitely be trying to order something again, but if you’re unsure of sizing or want exact garment measurements, I’d suggest to contact them first, especially for final sale products.

J'aime beaucoup la marque seulement en plus des frais d'expédition on se mange des taxes de doine réclamer par le transporteur (FedEx pour ma part) et c'est franchement dommage pour environ 150 € d'achat j'avais dû payer 80 balles de taxe en plus des 26 € de frais d'expédition de tentree

I have purchased quite a few items over the last several years from tentree. But my purchasing has really ramped up in the last year due to significant weight loss. tentree also partnered with SuperCircle to allow trade-in recycling that allows me to get store credit for clothing from tentree and any other brands. Their mission to plant trees for every item sold is wonderful and their clothing and accessories are some of the most comfortable and quality pieces in my closet.

I recently had an order that was delivered with a missing item. The customer service team (shout out to Isabella!) was responsive and swiftly replaced the item that was missing.

Great comfortable products! Great customer service! Great mission! One of my favorite clothing brands!

I reached out looking for a label to refund the item I bought like I have done at several online stores without issue. Turned out what I ordered was final sale. I did not see that way at the bottom of the page, and would NEVER have purchased had I known. I get that is on me, However- not only was the style of the item very unappealing in person, but it was an extremely unflattering fit as well. Just awful. I will NEVER shop with this company..again. Ever.

I’ve bought clothing from tentree for a couple of years now. The clothes are nice enough but my recent purchase of 4 t-shirts came with a fedex duty and tax invoice that was almost half the price of the total order, as well as a shipping fee for tentree. Won’t be buying from them again

I really liked this company for their good quality clothes and sustainable ethos. However, my most recent order was shipped from the US (previously shipped from Europe) and I received a notification that I owed import taxes on it. When the order arrived I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit, but some were ineligible for return (not custom items and not mentioned when the order was placed) and for the one item that was eligible to return, I had to print my own address label and pay for the return myself (to the United States). Really poor customer service and I will now shop elsewhere.

Tentree has sent me only half of my order, because they don’t track what they have in stock.
Don’t buy online.
You might see a hoodie they don’t even have.

Customer service doesnt even respond.

I absolutely love the hats I got, especially the bucket hat. The colors are just like shown in the photos. Customer service was also very responsive and helped resolve a shipping concern asap.

I order a product..it was well over a week before getting it. It was the wrong size so had to return/Fed Ex it..requesting a different size. Waiting over another week tracking kept showing it's just sitting in. Warehouse. Contacted the delivery service they keep sending me the same msg that they will have to contact their warehouse to find out what is happening.
Then I contact Tentree and I have gotten 2 responses that I need to wait a little longer. Now into second week. I've still be charged and have no product. This is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced online. Very unfortunate as I like to support Canada companies. But I will stay on this for my refund and I will absolutely NEVER
make another purchase with this company.

I've ordered from them a few times in the past and enjoyed their apparel, but now I've been waiting over a week for my order to ship and have had no response from customer service. Not great.

Firstly I had ordered their surprise box but had ordered as a size small. When it arrived I opened it and before realizing that all garments were size small, I found all the garments to be excellent. I had 2 T shirts, a jacket, a hat and a pair of shorts. I sent a reply email to Tentree saying I had ordered the wrong size and they allowed me to return everything free.
I then ordered a second box in my proper size and was even more pleased with what was inside: a flannel shirt, hat, shorts, pants and long sleeve ribbed T shirt.
The quality is excellent as usual.

At first, I was reluctant to order from a company with no telephone number to reach for customer support (I am from the old School😉). However, I have to admit that I am extremely satisfied with the service provided to me by Isabella at customer service. And on top of this, I love my Lookout Long Puffer🥰. Very good value for money!

I received a beautiful tentree wool sweater for Christmas from my husband. Unfortunately it had a defect - and I sought out customer service for a remedy. They were quick to respond and guided me through the process to fix my issue. Wow- incredible service from Isabelle and the outcome was more than I ever expected!!

Love this company. Have been rolling the dice on the mystery boxes for a couple of years now and the experience has been great. Have also ordered items off the website. The customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend.
