Amazing product
Customer service is excellent. The quality of the item was absolutely amazing. The item did have A super tiny bit of damage. Nothing that took away from the item itself. After taking A moment to really look at the product. I don't consider the tiny flaw to be damage. I think it actually adds to the look of the product. I would highly recommend.

I’m absolutely in love with how this turned out ❤️ My order was delayed, but the customer service team was so nice and offered me store credit, which I ended up using for this piece. I’m honestly so glad I did!
The pieces are beautiful and very well made, and seeing my dog’s photos turned into this mosaic made it even more special. It’s such a unique keepsake, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future I think these would make such a beautiful and thoughtful gift!

I joined this platform as an artisan…
I joined this platform as an artisan and initially had a positive experience. The app’s support was helpful, and the platform seemed designed to help crafters and makers showcase and sell their handmade work.
However, in March 2026, the company appeared to shift its focus away from the artisans and crafters who helped build the community and platform. Many of us participated in beta testing what we understood to be an artisan/crafter-focused feature, only to see it become part of their separate “Vision” platform, centered on creating mosaic artwork through an e-commerce mass produced product company with very high prices.
Previously, artisans could be featured on the website, making it easier for visitors and potential buyers to discover our shops and handcrafted items. Now, unless someone already has a direct link to a specific shop, they can no longer search and find featured artisans or browse their products through the website. There was no advance notice that this discovery feature would be removed.
We then received an email stating that artisans will no longer the feature/focus on the app as well, as the app will now be aligned with the current website and their mass produced Vision items. The email suggested using other social-media platforms to promote our products and provided a direct link to share with customers. But promoting shops and connecting makers with buyers was already a key feature of the app—and previously of the website.
This timing is especially disappointing because many crafters have been preparing holiday promotions and advertising campaigns. We are now left scrambling to find a new platform and notify followers about where they can find our work and shop item posts.
After more than five years of helping build this platform and community, this feels like a major disservice to the artisans and crafters who supported it from the beginning.

Excellent experience. Sunchaser came faster than expected from overseas. Depiction of our GSD is exactly like his picture, not a caricature like most others I looked at before ordering. Colors are vibrant and blend well. I am very happy with the end result and am sure my wife will love it when I give her this as a gift.

Finally got our portrait of our late…
Finally got our portrait of our late dog almost 4 months later. It’s a picture of her for sure but DEFINITELY not worth the price paid or the time waiting. I was under the impression that this was a hand pieced stained glass portrait. It’s most definitely not. I mean we can tell that it’s our dog but for the price AND the time we waited absolutely not. I would not recommend.

This company has really cool quality…
This company has really cool quality products, but their service is inferior. I ordered from them 2 months ago and still have not received my order.
I did receive a product that ommitted my pets name, which I did not order. This was a gift and their inability to deliver timely, is a source of embarrassment for me.
Stay away if you are ordering on a time line.
I did receive an email reply and the company apologized and gave me a free gift to show their appreciation. They put their money where their mouth is.

Don’t get scammed like I did.
After waiting two months for my dogs portrait, I was extremely disappointed in what I received. I was expecting a portrait created by glueing together individual tiles. What I got was a clear sheet of “tiles” placed over a color picture of my dog. I expected a work of art and got cheap crap that definitely wasn’t worth a tenth of what I paid for it. Scammed again by grifters on social media!

WHAT A RIP OFF!
I just received the item that I ordered back in July 21st and today it is September 25th. What I receive is nothing like I was shown in their markup of the actual photo. What they showed you on these customers videos is not actual and total falsehoods. If I could upload photos of the products, they advertise and the photo of what I received you would see what I am talking about. The quality is so cheap! Please stay clear of this company. It’s nothing but a scam and not worth the money for their items. Also, beware that all sales once you place your orders are final and they are no returns! The only way that you would get a refund is if you cancel the order within three hours after placing it. What a waste of time!

Extremely unimpressed
Item took an exceptionally long time to arrive - almost two months past the projected arrival date. When it did arrive, the item was damaged and marked up. The shipping box was not damaged, so this indicates that the item was marked and damaged prior to shipping but was shipped out anyway.

Beautiful suncatchers!
So far we have ordered 6 different items and we are more than happy. The quality of our suncatchers and Christmas tree ball is so beautiful! I bought three of the 6 for memorial presents for family and a friend. The other three my daughter bought for me as a memorial for my pets that just passed away this past year.
