Way overpriced. Shipping time is super long. Ordered the "Glass breakthrough". The preview looks amazing, so what we got paled in comparison.

I ordered and it took a long time before i received my picture but customer service responded to my complaint immediately. Then they gave me a free dream catcher for a gift for my waiting. When the product arrived it both of them were beautiful it was worth the wait. Thank you whoever say it’s a scam site don’t know what they are talking about. I purchased 3 different framed pictures from them. It took awhile but I figured since they are hand made, it would take time. I rather have them done right and not rush it. It was a few months but I wanted it done right. They are overseas. I am very happy with my purchase.

my order took FOREVER, my order is clearly not as advertised...Tedoo says its layered glass gives it a 3d affect wich is not true

Cute but not worth the price for the quality
I ordered a picture of my dog toward the beginning of August and received it almost a month later. I expected it to be more elaborate then what I received. Upon close inspection it looks like they printed a picture of my dog on canvas and took a solid piece of plastic made to look like individual pieces and placed it on top of the picture it give it a mosaic look. The frame was also cracked during shipping.

Horrible Product
Order was placed July 24 product received Sept 19. Tried reaching out to customer service was sent a untrackable tracking number. The product does not look anything like what they show on the website. There are some missing mirror pieces as well. The color is very dull and not vibrant as what is advertised. Horrible customer service and product.

I ordered 10 weeks ago and kept…
I am updating this review where I originally gave Tedooo 1 star. My order was received today, Sept 30th. I have to say that the pet portrait that was created is beautiful and very nice quality. If you order, expect that it will be months before your order is received.
Original review I ordered 10 weeks ago and kept receiving “Product running late” emails. Finally, I received a “shipped” email two weeks ago with a tracking link. The tracking link provides no information other than “shipped” with no shipping company, etc. I have contacted Customer Support several times with no response. I’m now filing a dispute with my credit card company.
