3 months and still NOTHING
Its had been over 3 months since I placed my order on Tedoo with Stone Vision for two art pieces. Tedooo responds to my inquiries, but they seem unwilling to actually do anything, given the lack of progress on my order. I will not shop Tedooo again, and I would discourage anyone from shopping, as there seems to be no recourse if you don't receive your items.

Couldn’t believe the likeness
I don’t write many reviews but thought this one was worth the time. I was amazed by how accurate the image turned out in the glass. I wasn’t expecting it to be so detailed. This is a great tribute to our most recent loss in our pet family. Will definitely be seeking to do our other pets as the cross the rainbow bridge.

Tedooo custom glass dog portrait.
Whilst my other order, which I have written about being poor quality. I ordered another product from them. A dog portrait made of glass shards. Again like other reviewers stated. It was just a poor quality print covered by a sheet of glass. I have spent over 300 dollars with this company and both items were of poor quality and too embarrassing to even hang up. I wanted something special like a commissioned art piece and what I got was too ugly to put up. I’m sure the sun catchers are ok, but anything else I would not order. The AI tools and videos show a products that sadly they cannot deliver. I have been contacted by email to correct the issue, but I’ve ordered 2 items which are of very poor quality that I’m not even bothered to waste time to go through the refund process.

Not what it appears
The product is far smaller than how it is depicted in the ad. Believed it was stained glass, but this is plastic and the thickness limits the amount of light the highlights the image. Don’t trust the Facebook site when making your decision.

The purchase I made didn’t meet my…
The purchase I made didn’t meet my expectations as the item doesn’t turn out like what their site shows. The corner of my frame was damaged and all it looks like they do is print the picture on a piece of canvas and then just mold a shaping of I don’t even think they’re distinctly pieces of glass on. It looks very generic did not come out at all like I thought it was or like the preview showed me so no I don’t recommend this anybody else to be taken for over $200 and come back with something that doesn’t even look like it’s valued that price.

My order was placed on 7/5 and received…
My order was placed on 7/5 and received the an email on 7/26 saying it was taking longer than expected. The next day I got an email saying it was shipping.Still had not received it by 8/23 and they said, "I can see the image you sent shows a tracking page/message, but on our side order # is still marked in production and I don’t see the order as shipped yet." 8/30 Another email saying it shipped but tracking number only shows a label was created. 9/13 still have not received it. Emailed 9/29 and got this response, "the carrier investigation remains open, and we’re continuing to follow up on the lack of tracking updates".

We are now 3 months into buying and not received. Keep getting emails saying it’s on its way. They don’t send tracking details. I think it’s a scam. Stay away at all costs.

13+ weeks to delivery
I have to say, the piece looks exceptional, but there were so many issues:
1. From order to final delivery - 13+ weeks
2. Tracking information is explanatory but can’t verify with shipping company and asks for a email to access which is not your email.
3. Package finally arrives today and the frame comes apart trying to remove it from the box as it can’t withstand the weight of the piece.

HORRIBLE ITEM AND EXPERIENCE
Ordered a LARGE pice supposed
To look like my dog breaking through glass. First off my order wasn’t worked on until at least 1.5 months after ordering g. I emailed and asked to cancel they refused even tho it’s wasn’t made yet. Was to be a bday gift for my husband. Anyhow long story short it finally arrived almost 3 months later - and it’s the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. NOTHING like the picture they sent. Still won’t refund me. I paid over $300 Canadian for this ugly thing
