First time owning an Audi
The purchase was very easy and everything was sorted before I even visited the showroom. Having never owned an Audi before Matt was very helpful taking the time to show me how everything worked before I left. I recently visited the Audi dealership and had a fantastic experience. The service was efficient and quick, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the receptionist Silvia was warm and hospitable. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this Audi dealership.

The warmth as soon as you enter the premises
Hi, to who it may concern, I came to Audi in Reading today, for a service and A Health check, and was greeted in the in the fast track area, by a lovely Young lady, didn't quite get her name, unfortunately, but what a credit to Aldi's fantastic lady very knowledgeable, and then I went through to reception and l was met by a lovely lady called Silvia Aguilar, again, very knowledgeable, very happy go lucky lady what a pleasure,she made sure that I was ok all day, and made sure, I didn't want for anything throughout the day,when other customers came in, She treated them exactly the same, and always smiling definitely picked the right person for the job. the experience that I've had in Audi in Reading, was excellent, thank you.

Received a £55k Audi Q8
Received a £55k Audi Q8, in poor condition. Split in side wall of front tyre, scratched bumper, side door and numerous scuffs around vehicle. Door plates corroded and alloys poorly reconditioned, spray paint drip marks. No punture repair kit. Very disappointed, especially when it’s come from an Audi dealer. What’s more frustrating is when Audi staff try and fob you off with wear and tear, a split in the side wall of the tyre!!. Very apparent they were more bothered about the sale of the vehicle rather than the customer experience!

This is the second time I’ve seen Michael for a mobile tech home visit. He’s just amazing, always on time, polite and v helpful ☺️Having a home visit is invaluable, for such a short job, this saved me driving a 2 hour round trip & the hassle of waiting for it to be completed in the workshop at Audi. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Had a car for a few months, the car completely broke down on me. New clutch required because there was grease on the clutch plate!!! Likely from an internal leak. Nothing was done, I was ignored for months and no one wanted to help. Fobbed off constantly made to feel stupid, possibly because I am a woman as tone had completely changed when speaking with other people. Paid £100s to get the car fixed. Failed its first MOT due to a faulty C02 censor fitted but not mentioned when sold the car??? Car is only 6 years old now- 4 when I bought it and had nothing but problems the last 2 years. Biggest waste of money and stress.

We had a visit from mobile technician Michael to deal with a recall on our car. Michael turned up early, was very friendly and helpful and sorted the issue for us in a timely manner. Mobile diagnostic technician
The mobile diagnostics on my car were efficient and the fix also so. Michael couldn't have been more helpful. It got my car fixed quicker than waiting for an appointment to visit the service centre which given we had an engine warning light on was important to us

I would avoid this incompetent team at all costs
This company have had my E-Tron for the past 6 months. The vehicle is still not fixed and I have had to pay and have it transferred to another garage. I have had to pay several thousand pounds before they would release my car. The technicians appear unable to work in a logical manner. Customer care is non existent. I would give a minus rating if this was an option.
