Great service!
I had my TTS in for its MOT. As always great service & communication from the team. A special mention to Emily who was professional, knowledgeable and fun to deal with.
I know I could get my TTS serviced elsewhere, ie an independent, but for service and ease of use I’m very happy to continue with Reading Audi.

A great first impression made the sale
Buying my new car from the moment I met Warren Patey to the moment I drove away with it.
He took me seriously from the moment I walked in on a Sunday morning looking to see if my old car had been recovered successfully and randomly asked a question about the A5 range. He was also abley assisted by a young financial advisor, Dan. We had lots of laughs. Even the receptionist, Emma, greeted me like an old friend. Sytner Reading is a super dealership to work with.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ashleigh (from Sytner Audi Reading), in getting my car repaired earlier this month. She understood my urgency and was very clear with communications and updates, including what exactly was the issue with the car and breakdown of costs upfront.
She was accommodating with the costs and provided free car wash which was much appreciated.
Hopefully I won’t have to see them for repairs for a while, but I now have a reliable place to take my car if things go wrong.

Service staff
I am constantly recovering vehicles to your reading Audi dealership where I have found that the only service advisor who understands the meaning of service is Liam.
Unlike most of your other service team members he always has a smile and welcoming manner and goes that extra bit to assist you and own the problem you have.
As an ex service manager myself who was responsible for the royal household Vauxhall vehicles I would have been extremely proud to have had him as part of my service reception team.
I would certainly recommend him for service advisor of the month should you be looking to recognise a staff member.

Great sales rep, but appalling post-sale management on an £84,500 vehicle.
If you are buying a car here, deal with Usman Jamshaid. He was excellent, helpful, and the initial sales process for my £84,500 Audi RS Q8 was fantastic.
However, the post-sale customer service from Sytner Reading management is the worst I have ever experienced. The vehicle was sold with a pre-existing mechanical geometry defect. When I raised this, management (David Appleton and Michelle Williams) completely refused to resolve it. They hid behind a meaningless "visual tick-box" check and—unbelievably—ignored a laser geometry report provided by their own Reading Audi service department that proved the defect existed.
The situation was handled so poorly by Sytner management that VWFS (Audi Finance) had to intervene and directly fund the £780 repair bill themselves as a goodwill gesture just to finally resolve the dispute.
Usman is great, but Sytner Reading management will take your money and abandon you the second a mechanical issue arises. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

We sold a car, we thought , to Sytner
We sold a car via Motorway. Sytner Audi Reading made the winning bid. When the dealer came to look at it he claimed not to know about some damage that we had declared and then claimed to find some really bad paint work that would need repainting. All this with a view to drive down the agreed price. Appalling sharp practice.

My car the Q8 has been having issues…
My car the Q8 has been having issues with 360 cameras. It sometimes comes on and the off. But since it was fixed I haven’t experienced any problems. The customer service had always been excellent. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. My thanks goes to Liam and all the technicians and then Gareth Dismond who do a fantastic job. I have always taken my car to Reading Audi because of the service. Keep it up guys.
