Introduction to Scott Fraser
From my initial contact with the dealership i was introduced to Scott who gave me information on the car i enquired about. This led to me coming through to test drive the Targa. It required some attention to get it ready for sale. Once i committed to buy the car i paid deposits and spoke with the appropriate colleagues until i physically collected the car on 15th June.

I am a regular customer. Recognition from friendly staff at all levels welcome you as you enter the Dealership. The sales team in particular make it easy to do business. Everything is done quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.
It's a pleasure to buy a new car and negotiate a trade in value. The finance team make the funding and additional related options very clear.
The service department are always on hand for any technical support required going forward and answer the phone quickly, which for me is a big bonus.

I had a flat tyre, it had worn right through, electric car! the car was not drivable and Derek arranged for collection and new tyres to be fitted. I cant ask for a better service and Derek is a massive asset to the Company.

Excellent Sales Process and Overall Relationship
I was very pleased help and support I received from Hamish and Ryan in the Car specification process. This was the reason I decided not to look at other comparable brands. Also while the Car delivery was delayed at the last minute the honest and open way Hamish communicated the "bad news" was appreciated.
