Attentive, professional service from start to finish
Fantastic experience with the team here. From the moment I dropped the car off, the service was attentive and well organised — I was kept informed throughout, every question was answered clearly, and nothing felt rushed. The work itself was carried out to an excellent standard, exactly as discussed, and the car came back immaculate and clearly looked after with real care.

Professional and welcoming
Ryan, looked after us very well from the first day we met him until the day the car was handed over.
The great thing was that you were always made to feel welcome with a relaxed atmosphere and no pressure sales at any point.
All the staff were very professional and were able to help with any questionsat all times.
We have visited many car showrooms in the past and this one is by far the most welcoming and engaging of them all. I would defintely recommend them.

Excellent personal service
My car was collected from my house for its scheduled oil service, Derek kept me informed throughout. I had a lot going on and Derek sent me a very nice and thoughtful follow up email. Stephen was very professional on the collection and delivery of my car.
The team at Edinburgh Porsche are great which is why I keep my business with them. Would recommend to others. Thanks Derek and Edinburgh Porsche for the personal touches when you are dealing with both myself and my Husband who also owns his own Porsche. 👌🏻

Positive experience all round
From the day I went in to look at the cars till only a week later when I collected the service I got was second to none. Both Geoff and James were extremely pleasant to deal with. On collection day, Geoff went through everything with me and took the time to explain simply making sure I was confident in driving my gorgeous new car away. He has also assured me that I can go in anytime if I have any further questions.
The car itself had all the extras put on I wanted, it was gleaming and they gave me an excellant deal, so all round ten star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for sharing your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you received such a high level of service from the moment you first visited us through to collecting your new Porsche. It’s wonderful to hear that Geoff and James were both so pleasant to deal with, and that Geoff took the time to make sure you felt completely confident and comfortable before driving your gorgeous new car away. We’re thrilled that you’re so pleased with the car, the additional extras and the deal we were able to offer. Your “ten star treatment” is incredibly rewarding feedback for the whole team. We hope you enjoy every moment with your new Porsche, and please don’t hesitate to pop in and see us anytime — we’ll always be happy to help. 🏎️✨ Warmest regards, The Team at Porsche Centre Edinburgh
