First class service with a friendly approach to dealing with customers
Whilst I arrived late duet traffic congestion on the York inner ring road the customer service were brilliant. Offered me a coffee and biscuit, whilst Hannah who was dealing with my appointment was free. I was staying in Knaresborough during the service and received an up-date call from Hannah at around 1.15pm. Later received a video cam from the service engineer. Then a call to say the car was ready to collect and was inn good working order, apart from some 60% wear on the front brake pads and discs.

Bought a Q5 sportback last week
Bought a Q5 sportback last week. On entering the showroom was welcomed with coffee/biscuit. Adam Gray who looked after me was very friendly and professional making the process painless,couldn’t do enough for me. Even put fuel in the new car after I’d lost a month on taxing the new car due to the date. They also sorted an issue getting my deposit back from another car from another dealer with the Sytner group who were being awkward about returning it to me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your Audi. Excellent 😀

Great personal service
Great personal service. We were greeted at the door when we arrived and offered some refreshments. We were told what the service involved and agreed a collection time. We were sent a video of the service completed and told the car would be ready on time. On collection we were again offered refreshments and the car was ready cleaned and valeted.

The team at Audi Harrogate know how to look after you whilst they look after your car! I handed over the car for a regular service and was made very welcome. The team even offered me space in their quiet room to keep working. Very thoughtful!

Very unhappy and disappointed loyal customer
I have had two Audi's prior to my current car, all on finance, both Audi A1's, one was two years old and the other was brand new. I had no problems with these, however after a year of having my second Audi, Audi called me and offered me a brand new A1, a better tech and monthly price reduced. I felt pressured into taking the offer as they would not reduce my monthly rates on my current car so it was going to be cheaper per month. I got the brand new Audi in June 2023, however in the last few months the breaks squeak very loudly when I come to junctions and roundabouts, I called Harrogate Audi and the vehicle went in, they stated they cleaned and stripped the brake pads. The squeaking went away for around 2 weeks, however it then came back, the vehicle went in again, and they handed it back stating that they could hear the squeaking, but no defect could be found and they couldn't do anything unless I paid for new brakes.
I find this extremely disappointing, I pay a lot of money for the vehicle and it's less than 1 year old and only has around 3,000 milage, and they won't resolve the problem under warranty as the mechanic hasn't found a 'mechanical defect', I have spoken to a friend who is a mechanic who stated, 'It sounds like it’s probably something in the brake pad itself that’s making the noise. They’re made of a mixture of different metals and sometimes have defects in the material that can make them squeak so sanding and cleaning them can temporarily fix the problem.' I made Audi aware of this, however the team did not seem to care and told me if I wanted it fixing I needed to pay, terrible customer service.
This has put me off ever getting an Audi again in the future, in particular from this garage, especially if this is how they treat loyal customers.
After seeing the reply I would like to add that Leeds Audi have not yet looked at the vehicle, this is something the customer relations team have spoken with me about. I didn't complete a drive with the senior technician, as the staff member I spoke to confirmed that they could hear the squeaking of my vehicle, however couldn't do anything about it. So I can't see what difference a drive with the team would make. I don't understand how constant squeaking brakes is not a vehicle fault? You wouldn't resell this vehicle in its current state, and if you did the customer would be returning it. I think it's important Audi needs to get the facts right before responding to these reviews.

Unfortunately as you have now been to two Audi centres and neither of us can find a fault and you have declined to complete a road test and demonstrate the fault I am afraid there is not much more to offer. I am sure you are aware that without a notable fault if really is very difficult to effect a repair? I am sorry that you are not happy with this situation, but I am happy that we have offered opportunities for you to demonstrate the fault, including road tests with one of our Senior Technicians, we have not charged for any of the investigations done and you have been elsewhere for a second opinion. Engine management parts replacement
Had to have some engine management parts replaced under warranty on my SQ5. Originally advised would be complete within the day but ended up taking a whole week.
The two service lads kept me informed and were able to get me in a courtesy car to keep me mobile throughout although I did have a couple of false return visits understanding the work was complete, only for it not to be!

Good service on the car and customer care however there was no drop off home offered or pick up service. Was very surprised at this in view of premium car name. Had a BMW before the Audi and this was offered from the dealer.

Exceptional customer service from the Audi team in Knaresborough. Fully transparent throughout the buying process, regular updates given and the team were able to answer any questions I had but to be fair, given how easy the whole process was these were minimal.
