Great service for car and customer
Harrogate Audi make waiting for your car to be attended to a nice experience. You are made to feel very welcome and are looked after very well by customer services while your car is being attended to. The customer lounge is spacious and clean and refreshments are delivered to your table whenever you need them.
The service advisors are very helpful if you have any queries and there is an app which enable you to follow the progress of your car whilst waiting. You even get little video of the health checks carried out on your car which is very useful. The complimentary wash & vac is much appreciated.
All in all a great service for car and customer - thank you !

Brake fluid replacement and brake check
I have found the service experience at Knaresborough Audi to be first rate. A service advisor is allocated to each customer this time I had the lovely Emily who was really helpful thorough and professional. Krystal who is ‘front of house’ is just brilliant at what she does, knows all the customers, what they like to drink and a good bit of background too. This goes such a long way to making a customer feel valued. The technician provided a very detailed review of the work he carried out and the car was returned ina clean and tidy condition. Whilst owning an Audi I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very efficient and friendly service
Very efficient and friendly service. Billy listened to what I wanted, and despite my A6 being a Japanese import, he still booked me in for a transmission service without trying to upsell anything I didn't need. The service and inspection was very detailed and I was provided with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my car. Will definitely come back.

Body shop
I needed to take my car to have some defective paint work corrected in the body shop. The service provided by Mike and Austin was exemplary and the finished job looks brilliant. I can’t thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to others

Simply ignored by poorly trained salesstaff
I have owned three Audis and I have always liked the marque. With my Landrover coming up for renewal and my wife also needing a new car, we dropped into Audi in Knaresborough. We looked around until the receptionist offered to find someone to talk to us. No-one came We asked again. Again no-one came, so we left.
Thinking this was a blip I rang to make an appointment. Someone called Mark arranged this. We arrived, slightly early. We were pleasantly greeted, seated and given a coffee. The young man went to find our salesperson
We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment time. Noone came. As we got up to leave, one of the service staff spotted us and asked if we were ok… she. Then went to find “a manager”. After a further wait a saleswoman arrived - without any explanation “except no-one told me you were here” which wasn’t true. We left.
I think this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have come across. Its clear Sytner doesn’t value its customers or doesn’t train or manage its sales staff properly.

I am a Belgian Audi owner and drove up…
I am a Belgian Audi owner and drove up North to visit my son.
I suddenly saw a yellow warning light on the dashboard and I contacted an Audi repair centre.
This centre was the nearest, so
I placed a call and could come in immediately.
At the garage the staff was extremely friendly.
They attended to me right away way.
I could wait in a very nice area with drinks cold and warm at my disposal. In the end they came back to me that i could drive home To Belgium safely, but had to do a check up at home.
When I asked to settle the bill they replied it was Audi service free of charge.
Pity I can’t buy my next Audi at this place.
