I could not have been more impressed with all their help and the huracan itself
I have brought many high value cars from dealers around the country and these are definitely the best I have come across

my GT was collected from home and returned the next day .
My only contact ,other than to arrange it, was with the service manager repoting that all was ok -and to ask for payment before the car was returned .
I'm in business myself and understand why you do that but it's a bit irritating after nearly 30 years as a Bentley customer.
I dare not think of how much I've spent and does anyone think I won't pay my bill.

Great service . Even though I called short notice the team were able to get me booked in the next business day and resolve my issue. The car was returned back in pristine condition .

The overriding impression of the service from start to finish is that they all genuinely wish to do the best they can for you. The advice is professional and workmanship excellent.

A real shame following an otherwise great experience. Collected my car but the display screen did not work at all just blank.(no stereo,nav etc) It was fine when presented for a service but did not work on collection. Had to take the car back after being at the dealership for 3 weeks. Now being told the cost is possibly down to me to settle. Two journeys from Bedfordshire to Leicester and car still no good, not a happy customer at all I'm afraid. Whilst I know things do and can go wrong should I expect this to have been checked prior to me collecting the vehicle from service?

Excellent communications and friendly staff.

A friend had his Bentley booked in for a service earlier this week at Leicester. On arrival, we were dealt with fairly quickly and all covid guidelines were met!
Due to not being local and having to travel over an hour, my friend had got a courtesy car so we could leave the premises while waiting for the service to be done as this could take up until 4pm, bare in mind we arrived at 9am!!
We were told what car we had for the day which I think was downgrading considering what car we had just got out of (poor salesmanship) and was then told we would be contacted once the Bentley was ready to be collected!
We got into the Audi to only have a short mile range which meant this put the fuel light on once we got out the grounds! (Absolutely disgusting!!!)
After we spoke on the phone with a member of staff he told us to put fuel in and he would reimburse any fuel costs - this was an appalling service and we as customers should not of had to deal with this!! I was really put on edge by this as not knowing the area and knowing we could run out of fuel quick if we didn’t find a petrol station!
We then had a phone call around lunch time to say the Bentley would be ready for around 2pm, as we arrived back at the showroom, the car was just being driven out from the mechanics bay!
Once things were sorted and we got back into the Bentley and turned the ignition on we then noticed the service light had not been reset! We then had to go back inside and wait another hour just for the service warning light to be turned off!
The Bentley owner then asked if everything was sorted, the member of staff who dealt with us was very eager to push us out the door!! I found that most of the staff had an attitude and some didn’t even acknowledge we was even there!
After a shocking experience at Bentley I certainly wouldn’t Recommend!!!

Adam in Service is an absolute legend. Always responds promptly and bends over backwards to solve situations.

I had my car serviced and an MOT but they did not check the wiper blades and they are worn and need replacing. I was disappointed with this bearing in mind the cost of the service and the attention to detail I would expect.

Very happy with service and very professional

I brought my Lamborghini performante in for its first annual service, after a month delay due to coronavirus. The service team were very professional, provided me with a Urus a vehicle I wasn’t much interested in personally, but my brothers most definitely were. Drove away in it for 3 days, whilst my vehicle was serviced. The Urus really impressed all of us performance was absurd and the vehicle just shrinks around you. Just going through the spec with the sales department and see if we can make the maths add up.

Always efficient and professional, the garage is handling social distancing very effectively.

As every year, an efficient, courteous and professional service in maintaining my GT Speed. Great cars, and great people who look after them.

Fantastic Dealership! The best Bentley dealership I have visited. I am not personally from Leicester it was a 2 1/2 hour drive for me and I would happily make the journey again. I dealt with Adam the Aftersales manager, I had a major service completed and it was completed in a timely manner to a high standard with updates throughout the process. Adam was a great guy, very personable, honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend speaking to Adam and the team if you are looking to keep your Bentley maintained to a high standard.
