My car has done less that 2,000 miles and has been in and out of the Leicester site for months for a multitude of problems.

The car has been back with me for 3 days (after another lengthy spell for a gearbox malfunction (second time)). On it's second journey, after having it back, huge warning lights on the dashboard stating differential failure.

A warm welcome and no waiting to meet the workshop head. The work was completed to time and is of a cery professional standard.

I recently had my Bentley Bentayga V8S repaired through Bentley Leicester following accident damage, and I can honestly say the service and final result were outstanding from start to finish.
The quality of the repair was exceptional, completed to the standard you would expect from Bentley. The attention to detail, fit and finish, and overall workmanship were first class. On collection, the vehicle was presented in immaculate handover condition — beautifully valeted, gleaming throughout, and looking exactly as it should. It was a pleasure to see it returned in such superb order.
A special thank you to Paul aka Bob in the workshop, who took the time to speak with me directly as a technician, explaining what was being done and how it was being done. That level of transparency and care was greatly appreciated and gave real confidence that the car was in expert hands.

I dealt with Alex and it was a real pleasure. Whilst discussing my Porsche repair he showed me around the new Lamborghini and Bentley cars in the showroom with real enthusiasm and interest.
