Sweetpea & Willow Omdömen

I ordered a sculpture in early July. It arrived promptly but sadly was damaged with a piece broken off. The customer service was brilliant, replying immediately and after sending images, assessed the situation quickly. A replacement was sent, wrapped in copious layers of bubble wrap and perfect in every way. A beautiful ornament and an efficient, caring company. Well done Sweetpea & Willow

I ordered a Chinese ceramic stool and it is just beautiful. Quickly despatched, delivered on time and really well packaged for a fragile item. 5-star service from start to finish - I will be back for more!

Ease of ordering and swift delivery .very nice product.

Dan and Shane came to deliver heavy furniture, they went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered smoothly and so it was. They were an absolute pleasure; personable, professional with great auras. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. Wish all delivery drivers were just like them!

Excellent service from start to finish! After placing my order online, I was contacted by the service team to determine the best date for delivery. I could not take immediate delivery and so they held my item for two weeks. On the day of delivery, Luke and Dan were fantastic. I purchased a lovely sofa for my bedroom on the first floor and Luke and Dan managed to get it up the stairs (albeit it was a tight squeeze), without any damage to the walls or furniture. They even helped me rehang a large painting that I took off of the walls so that it wouldn't get damaged during delivery. I will definitely be purchasing with Sweetpea & Willow again. Thank you!

Super happy with our Deauville Table delivered and installed today by Shane and Luke. Made the process so easy and a pleasure for us. The whole experience exceeded our expectations! Table looks fantastic too and great quality😊

Super impressed with Sweetpea & Willow. We have purchased smaller items from them before but never furniture. Our furniture arrived very quickly and the delivery team - Luke & Dan - were great - so polite, friendly and efficient. Top marks.

Lovely products with great customer service and delivery.

Really pleased with my wall decor.

Lovely bed. Tony and Dan delivered it with a smile and assembled it with great care. Also great that a 1h delivery slot can be chosen

Long wait but great little stool really pleased with the product

Excellent service from start to finish - order placement, order updates and delivery.

Purchased a sideboard online. Initially had a few challenges with a couple of delivery attempts but once the in-house delivery team got involved, they worked magic! Superb delivery service from Tony, Dan F, Shane & Luke - very professional, friendly and handled the furniture, and our property, with respect. Natalie was absolutely fabulous in Customer Service all the way through, and James was also great in the dispatch team. I would highly recommend Sweetpea & Willow products and service. Very happy with our sideboard - thank you! Despite the challenges experienced, which were out of the control of S&W and well handled by them, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent high end quality products.
A really beautiful shop, our item was package with the upmost care to prevent any breakage.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you S&W.

Beautiful lamp, efficient delivery. Really pleased with service.

I have visited the store a couple of times. It was quite inspirational as we were in the middle of a home transformation. I had been on the lookout out for a velvet sage green chair for my bedroom. I came across this “one only” chair in the outlet whilst browsing recently. It was just too good to miss. When it arrived, very promptly, it exceeded my expectations. Colour is an absolute perfect match. The quality is superb and comfort matches everything else. 10 out of 10. Great discount and Klarna over 3 months 0% interest.
I’m delighted.
DHL - yes it was delivered on time but courier just dumped it on doorstep and didn’t even knock. If I had been on my own I would have struggled but that is no reflection on the chair or Sweetpea & Willow. Would absolutely buy from them again. Thank you.

Lovely products , fast delivery and well packaged

Great service from Sweetpea and Willow. Delivery really quick. So pleased with my vase, lovely quality, little bigger than I expected but that's a plus. Great value. Would definitely recommend and will definitely check their site if I need anything in the future

Thank you to Shane & Andrew who installed my new bed. Impeccable service, very professional and kind. By the way my bed is lovely.

Bought a Jonathan Adler rocket decanter that was the cheapest online, and they delivered by courier free of charge. It takes pride of place on the bar! Lucy in sales was also extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for a five star service, Five Star coincidentally are playing on the radio!
