Excellent experience! Quick and professional
Really lovely experience from ordering to delivery. Emma was very helpful with my order, making all the changes I requested. Shane and Tony were very professional when delivering and installing the new sofa. Delivered on time and wore shoe protectors to protect the flooring. The Lansdowne sofa is perfect. Really well made and comfortable. Very happy client!!

AVOID AVOID SWEETPEA AND WILLOW. Unfulfilled order, sweetpea and willow requested twice the original price even thou I had already paid in full!!
I telephoned the shop for availability and shipping of 4 bar stools. The sales representative provided the measurements and height of the bar stools and described the condition for me as the stools were on display and ‘sold as seen’ outwith sweetpea and willows standard terms and conditions. I was very careful to follow their online advice for this very reason.
Happy with the advise given, I paid in full for the 4 stools including shipping fees of over £200.
A week later, I received notification that the stools had been sold and was asked if it was appealing to pay an additional £1,165 for brand new stools be delivered.
Obviously, I was shocked to be asked if I would like to pay twice the cost for the exact same stools which they would also have to order in from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, sweetpea and willow did not honour the sale. They thought that they had offered me a great deal by requested a further £1,165 for new chairs.
Shocking customer service, totally unreasonable and not in touch with reality.
Sweetpea and Willow, I will not be shopping with you again.

We are so sorry your experience with us wasn’t as expected. As explained by our customer care team, we had a very temporary glitch on our ordering system that is now fixed. It allowed two customers to purchase the same clearance product within minutes of each other, somehow the information hadn’t gone through quickly enough, we have been reassured by our IT teams all is now fixed.
I’m sorry you feel disappointed that we didn’t fulfill the order with brand new items but the full ticket price was hugely different, the items you purchased were heavily discounted for a reason and to fulfill the items as brand new was not possible. We did offer you brand new replacements at a good discount but you didn’t agree so we refunded you immediately in full.
Again huge apologies that you are disappointed in your experience with us.
If you look at our reviews we do have a great score and we feel so sorry this didn’t work out.
If there is anything we can do in the future please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team

Beautiful Eve fruit bowl
I ordered a Eve fruit bowl and it is just beautiful. Delivered by Andrew and really well packaged for a fragile item. I’m So pleased with my fruit bowl. Would definitely recommend and will definitely check their site if I need anything in the future.

Order still not received 4 months on and no reply to emails! 😡
I ordered an expensive coffee table (£1,400!) back in April (4 months ago!) and have still not received it. They contacted me to say it would be delivered in July; then again to say it was further delayed until early August. I have been chasing but they have now stopped answering my emails. Avoid this company at all cost! Appalling customer service 😡

Thank you for your review. We have been looking into this and huge apologies for the unforeseen delay on this order, The problem lay with our supplier and we had no control over this and we are very sorry, rest assured this is a very isolated circumstance,
We have been in contact with you through out the process, we did see your last mail sent on Friday, the customer are team picked it up on the Monday when they returned to the office and answered then. I believe we have offered a free white glove delivery service and you have advised us you would like delivery at the end of this month.
We hope that once you receive your beautiful piece it will have been worth the wait. We do totally understand your frustration and do hope you’ll give us another chance to show you how efficient we usually are.

Really helpful customer service who informed me the mirror I’d ordered would take longer than usual to arrive. They kindly took the time to suggest alternatives which would come more quickly. I decided to keep to my original order in the end which arrived yesterday. We are absolutely thrilled with the mirror which is unique and fits perfectly with our decor. Thank you S&W!

Lovely table and delivery /service was excellent
Lovely table and delivery was bang on time. Shane and Luke from the delivery team were outstanding (10/10) with proactively taking their shoes off before coming inside even before I asked, incredibly polite, approachable and professional. They carried in and assembled the table (top of which alone was 90 kgs!) without a single complaint or any issue and I was very grateful for their service.
