Ordered 2 Caracole bedside tables which…
Ordered 2 Caracole bedside tables which looked cream in every single photo advertised. They arrived and were a dark shiny grey colour (nothing like the photos - it was laughable if only I could upload the photos on here) and so they didn’t match with the decor in my room (although the ones in the photo on their website would have done). I was charged £60 just to be able to return these - they wouldn’t return these free of charge as the description of the paint colour was “soft silver”. I would have not been bothered about paying a return fee if they were as advertised in the photos.
After a month of chasing consistently to return these they passed me over to a third party to arrange a return who turned up completely unannounced one day - luckily I was in and had packaged the items.
A week after collection I am still waiting for some kind of notification that they’ve even received these. No doubt I’ll be waiting even longer for a refund.
I was going to repurchase different bedside tables as I still need 2 cream looking bedside tables however after the service I received and being charged to return the items that were clearly advertised incorrectly, I will purchase them elsewhere.

Poor quality and Pointless Insurance Policy
We purchased a bespoke lansdowne corner sofa in 2022 for £8,500. The delivery took longer than expected and following a very shoddy delivery service when our furniture was not handled well we discovered that some of the stitching had come away. Eventually the sofa was collected and after another very long wait it came back to us, overall taking 4 months from the time of payment. Under 3 years later we have a rip in the seam of one of the back cushions. Having taken out the recommended insurance with Castelan we applied for this issue to be rectified. Our claim has been denied, needless to say we cannot recommend Feather & Black

£9.99 for delivery of 3 mugs??!! If it takes up to 5 working days, this could be sent via the Royal Mail for £3.75.
And the code sent to me for a 5% discount on my first order didn't work (came back as invalid).

We have been looking on our system and cannot find your order, can you by any chance share the order number with me so we can see the details of the order.
If the case is that you didn’t order because of the cost, our logistics dept decide what items we feel are safe to Royal Mail and what should go via other means in order to avoid breakages. Sometimes this does incur a slightly more expensive price but we factor in the fact that this will mostly be much more cost effective that receiving damaged goods.
I hope this explains things a little more.

Very good customer service and the products I ordered are beautiful. I would order through this company again. The shipping times are not the same as what is listed though on the website. My products took 3-4 weeks to arrive, versus the website listing the shipment will take one week.
