I was on holiday in London and wanted to order bed sheets. I wasn't sure they're going to make it on time before I leave the UK. I contacted the company by phone and a customer service team leader named Natalie Kimble answered. Natalie was extremely helpful, proactive, and made sure I got my order within 48 hours. I also contacted the direct supplier of the bed sheets separately and encountered unhelpful staff that seemed as if they couldn't care less if I place a $500 order or not. Thanks to the quality of the service I received from Natalie, I will for sure purchase again from S&W and refer others to the store.

I have now purchased twice from this company and on each occasion, paid for the goods only to receive an email hours later advising the goods are discontinued. Each time an alternative has been offered, I accepted this the first time but on the second occasion, the alternative cushions offered are unacceptable and I have asked for a refund. I have now been advised that my request will be passed to their Refund Dept and once processed, it will take another 5-10 days to hit my account. Today, the item is still on their website.
I wouldn’t use this company again… timescales and stock are not as advertised on their site. And process seems to be get cash in and sit on it for as long as possible.

This is my first purchase from Sweetpea and Willow but I will definitely be back.
Clear and accurate communication from the time I placed my order right through to delivery. The orchid I ordered is incredible quality and looks sensational in my newly decorated room.

Sweetpea and Willow are our go to for lovely pieces of furniture and we’ve always been happy with their usual good level of customer service. Unfortunately with my delivery this time it was Gallery who delivered the sideboard and who also manufacture this particular piece of furniture which I then found out later.
The delivery was extremely stressful.

1. No over shoes covers, and apparently company policy not to remove shoes. I have cream carpet!

2. I asked them to remove the sideboard out of it’s packaging as it had to go up to the top floor where the staircase narrows and it would be easier to manoeuvre around the tight corners, but was told that wasn’t necessary, subject to them not taking notice of my request I have a scuffed radiator of which the scuffs will not remove with buffing, I have paint missing from the balustrade which required touching up and black scuff marks all over one of the walls!

3. Once finally the box was in the room they were going to leave and not unpack or set up when I had paid for white glove delivery which I pointed out to them.

4.after realising it was white glove delivery they started to put the leg bar on the sideboard. I then noticed they had omitted four wooden dowels which were meant to be fixed into the wooden bar, when I mentioned this they said don’t worry about that they’re not required. Quite clearly they were required as I then checked the instructions myself and insisted they removed the bar to fit them which they really didn’t want to do!

I found this delivery extremely stressful and if I had know that it wouldn’t be the Sweetpea and Willow team themselves I don’t think I would have ordered from them.

There shouldn’t be this level of stress when ordering from a company such as Sweetpea and Willow.

I had a minor issue with my delivery and Adam sorted it out immediately and professionally. I love my vase and will use Sweetpea @Willow again for future purchases.

A terrible service, do not use Sweetpea & Willow. I ordered a Sasha Dining Table in February, with a 4-6 week lead time, and now quoting a delivery of mid to late July, which is ridiculous. Again, I'd highly discourage anyone from using this if you're looking for reliable delivery/lead times for your furniture.

We ordered a beautiful book case made of beechwood. It looks gorgeous in the nursery and the product is high quality. Better than I expected. Very happy with our purchase.

I was really impressed with the variety and uniqueness of their products. My recent customer experience on my first order was awful. I ordered a cake stand for my husband's significant birthday. It was showing in stock at that point. It was only when I enquired due to the delay was I was informed of an issue. They could have been more proactive and my experience means I am totally put off ordering from them again, even though I received a refund. I am glad others have had a better experience than I have. It's interesting in reading SweetPeas reply on 8th April, they advised they kept me updated. That's an interesting take, the updates I received were due to firstly checking the status of my order and secondly enquiring how to make a complaint. Repeated requests for their complaint policy never arrived. They were happier to give a refund rather than look at my customer journey/experience. Best wishes Sweetpea

2 months of back and forth with sales and customer services teams, multiple payments and refunds due to unavailability of items, multiple delivery date confirmations not resulting in delivery and final cancellation, which was also not particularly smooth. Head of customer services said that her team has made multiple attempts to keep me informed of delays: unfortunately those attempts did not seem to reach me. She did kindly offer to finally deliver part of my order, but could not guarantee that that would be at the time I could accept delivery. This is not my first order and issues are consistent across both - worse this time. I did love the items I acquired on my first order, so took the risk…never again

I have purchased several different items from Sweetpea and Willow, from sofas, lighting and accessories, the service is excellent, the delivery is very professional and they regularly have offers. Overall very satisfied customer.

I've found the most beautiful table to complement my new 'modern farmhouse' style barn. Absolutely in love with it ❤️
