Amazing quality and customer service.
Brought a ring in-store here 2 years ago and also bought a chain from here recently and as well as the jewellery being amazing quality and styles, the customer service here is fantastic both in-store and online.

We are sorry to hear that the necklace you purchased was not what you expected, we have sold many of these necklaces over the years, they are fine, but they are not unusable. The chain and pendant sent to you are what is pictured on our website.
As with most online retailers, if a customer is not happy with a purchase normally, they contact the supplier with their issue so that it can be rectified as best as possible, our policy is if you are not happy with your purchase then simply send it back to us and we will issue you a full refund.
To read you have issued a 1-star review without contacting us directly is so disappointing and detrimental to our small business, we are yet to receive the letter…
Please send the necklace back to us ASAP we will then issue you a full refund.
Beautiful shop & products
Beautiful shop & products, but got served by a lady which made me feel uncomfortable, felt very rushed and she was very erratic in the way she served me and bagged up my item.
