A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

The catty cat garden Hotal was awful there put us in 3 rooms on different floors. Hotal in need of repairs bathroom was black with mould and food was horrible we only ate 1 day after that we are out.I wouldn't called it all inclusive no ice room for kids or any treats staff speak very rude. Just wanted to sell us anything and everything. When we said we already sorted are expeditions out was told to cancel them when we refused there become more rude towards us didn't feel very welcomed at all. There where no entertainment or anything to do for the kids we are glad to spend all are time out the hotel and very glad we only book a weekend there. One of the worst hotal we stayed at

Really difficult to get in touch with…
Really difficult to get in touch with Sunshine via their online chat / WhatsApp, waited for hours and hours. Told by them that finding parasites (worms) in our hotel food was something we needed to take up with the hotel. I filled in a form at reception and eventually heard back from the Hotel Director to basically say that no one had got sick and there was nothing more for them to do. The receptionist told me to contact Sunshine as she thought they could put a bit more pressure on the hotel to change their policies etc. Sunshine were incredibly difficult to contact / get a reply from and when they did reply they weren’t very helpful atall.

I can only comment on the booking…
I can only comment on the booking process and price, as I’ve not yet been on the holiday or got to the nitty-gritty, in terms of flight, transfer, accommodation, et cetera.
So, the whole booking process is so easy, you pick a departure airport close to you, pick your destination, pick your flights, accommodation and any other extras. Then you simply pay. Various payment methods are accepted, including instalments. I paid in one go, easy peasy.
In relation to price, in all honesty, I saved over £600 on the exact same deal on other tour operator sites/travel agents.
Yes, there are more fiddly bits to the process. Yes, you do have to do some of the work yourself. But all in all so far, so good.
I am just hoping the holiday experience is as easy and stress free as the booking process.

Another week another none response from…
Another week another none response from these thieving scam of holiday company! No telephone number no response to my emails that I have sent over and over. Stonewalled completely. DO NOT BOOK, food was horrendous, cockroaches 🪳 on site everywhere in our room and flooded the entire hotel, serious pest control issue. Rats in the pool. My husband was so ill and came up with a terrible rash it was one of the worst times of my life. There was no one on site from the company to speak to or a telephone number to call the local pharmacy lady gave us tablets to try and calm my husband reaction down. He could have died all because he went for a swim in the water that they had put chemicals in to get rid of the 🐀 rats that were found in the pool dead. I will be back to name and shame the hotel if I don’t hear back!!! You’re a disgrace

We have booked lots of holidays through sunshine holidays and have never had a problem. They are cheaper than other travel sites and you can book flights to suit you. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Customer service absolutely disgraceful.
We are booked to travel in August to Fuerteventura Castillo beach. We have become really concerned that the reviews are stating regular room invasions and robberies 16 in one night. When through to an advisor really unhelpful. Reviews not always true? Read them then not everyone can be lying?? I asked to have a hotel change which on the beach (sister company) did for me no problem when similar situation two years ago with bad reviews in fact they contacted us!!!
This time only option is to pay £2500 to change hotels or cancel. Flights no refundable obviously😡😡
You have a duty of care to keep your passengers safe. I understand people’s opinion of food quality or cleanliness is subjective however being robbed while you sleep is not subjective.
Absolutely disgusted with the level of support and will most certainly never ever book with you again.

Would give less than a star
Would give less than a star. No customer support. They are a middle man and do literally nothing to earn it. Automated service that takes you round in circles. You can never speak to anyone. Had to wait until I was actually on holiday before I could get through to someone because you need a separate booking number for when you are on your trip. By this time it's too late. Cost me an extra £700 because they automatically allocate rooms wrong and you get no option to change. Complete scammers. And all they have to say when you get through is "sorry" nothing else. No help, no refund, no even partial. Nothing! Absolutely scum of the earth middle man scammers. Use someone reputable do not use these scammers.
Edit: so you reply with the same empty uselessness that you have said already. Let's hope this shows anyone considering using your company how terrible you are. Wow, you are sorry.....that makes things right. In fact, no it doesn't. You have taken my money and done nothing but inconvenience me and cost me £700 more. Ruining my holiday and my kids holiday and putting financial strain on me that could otherwise have been used to treat my children. You are scum.
