We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Booking, flights, and hotel were all excellent. Booking was confirmed almost immediately at the advertised price. Flights with easy jet from Manchester to Tunisia were smooth with no issues. Hotel was fantastic, exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend Booking with Sunshine Holidays.

Decent Hotel, with self catering option in the Dimona suites which are attached to the side of the main Blue sea Hotel with a 2/3 min walk through the gardens.
The food in the restaurant was ok but not brilliant.
The rooms in the Dimona suites are spacious but slightly in need of a upgrade but again they were decent.
The best part of the Hotel is the staff, the staff are really helpful and friendly.
The location where the Hotel is situated is great 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants in the La Carihuela district of Torremolinos.

Hi im a very unhappy customer we had booked a family holiday everything was going well we paid all in full the balance , got email to tell us that our flights had been canceled with the airline would we like to go ahead with a proposed other flight or get full refund back for our package holiday. So we requested a full refund accepted that our flights has been canceled so due to this we had booked another holiday and we are due a full refund from yourselfs we have had nothing but hassle my partner had requested a refund on the 23rd of April and got response we would be due full refund within 7 days now that time has passed we find out someone in your company has then rebooked an alternative flight to the holiday after it was cancelled so now not offering us our full refund and both myself and partners banks have taken immediate action to this with Visa disputes were extremely unhappy and very disappointed in your communication and we will not be booking with yous ever again I demand my refund within 24hrs as the holiday and flight flys out on saturday 2nd of may due to someone in your company's error giving is unwanted stress I will be actioning compensation also very angry and not happy one bit.

The booking process is simple but please dont need help or advice their bot live chat is the worst in history. There is absolutely no one to talk to if you need help and the bot just continues says the same things ive been trying for a week to make a payment and have a voucher I recieved applied to my holiday error 404 is all I get on a payment page tried 5 different devices and still the same thing. The bot just offers to email me a payment link which does not apply the voucher the whole process has been a headache and I am doubting if ive chosen the right company to go on holiday with. I desperately need to speak to a human but the bot is like navigating some sort of escape room it will avoid putting you through at all costs. Maybe if sunshine read this someone will resch out and fix the error 404 issue and help me apply the voucher

The rooms are rather small although exceptionally clean. We upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. There is a lot of very loud music from the bar next door at all times of the day and night. Staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent service from everyone.

Sunshine holidays well where do I start with this mob bunch of cowboys got an email last week to tell us our flight was cancelled but may have found an alternative if we would be interested there would be an additional 50 pound or the other option is to get a full refund we opted for a full refund but sunshine has took upon there self to book us on to another flight to withhold our refund, then refusing to pay us a refund what an absolute joke of company to book with our banks are investigating the payments back to us never again would I book with this company!!!!! Booking is simple as normal. I booked this year with Sunshine.co.uk as they gave me a £125 voucher after booking last year, which made the holiday slightly cheaper than elsewhere. When I have tried to pay my voucher off it gives me an error code. I cant speak to anyone as it all live chat that just gives suggestions that still dont work. I have no doubt the voucher won't work!

My son Booked a package holiday for my family.
We paid £100 more each to fly during the day.
We then get a email to say our flight has changed to the night flight.
We didn’t want the silly oclock flight as we have young children and a baby.
It’s impossible to speak to anyone about the matter.
The annoying thing is the flight in the afternoon is still going and taking bookings,
Very poor non existent customer service I would never book with this company again.
Such a shame as I’ve booked a few times.
