My daughter and I have booked with this company and paid the deposit, they have sent us a confirmation email with a link to the actual confirmed booking, it takes us to a page that states we have no bookings! If you cannot find your booking please go to my booking and there is no booking and we are going around in circles, we have been trying to speak to someone for over two weeks, they have however sent a email saying they will be taking another payment and there is no way to stop this! I have contacted my bank and they have advised but the company can still request payment for a holiday that does not exist, there is not even the option on the site to enter the booking number and we cannot cancel this booking because once again it does not exist, so I'm basically being robbed blind and I am beyond stressed
Great Service
I booked with Sunshine for my September 2025 holiday and have to say, the service was great. Unfortunately Ryanair made changes to my flight which didn't suit me, but Sunshine stepped in and found me an alternative at no extra cost. The person I spoke to on the chat was extremely helpful. Ive now booked again for my September 2026 holiday.
No communication with agent.
Our inbound flight time has been changed from 12.15 to 19.55, which I am unhappy about. Sunshine Holidays say it is a minor change. I want to discuss with an agent to resolve the problem but can't, keep getting directed to live chat.
Went on live chat but they wouldn't budge. Won't book with Sunshine again, probably go with Love Holidays instead.

We booked a holiday for Bellevue hotel in Mallorca July 15th-july 22nd.
Room 404,615 and 834.
First of all, there was 3 people in each room and we were only provided with 2 beds and 2 bedsheet in every room . Room 834 wasn’t even planned for us to take, we only got it because the original room was not ready yet and had walls being painted.
The first day the lifts for level 4 didn’t work. Overall it was okay but the food and canteen service was over crowded and unhygienic.
On the 17th of July the electricity, water and air conditioning turned off. In 35 degrees weather this was unbearable especially with a 5 year old kid and a 75 year old woman. We were told it was going to get fixed. We were patient. The water turned off mid way through showering. The electricity kept turning off and on every 5 seconds which felt scary.
18th July the air conditioning wasn’t working again, we were not provided with any help such as fans or answers. I asked the receptionist when it will get fixed and I was told that they are working on it . I also asked about room service because we were not provided with any towels, toilet paper or new bedding. She told me room service was 3 times per week. That wasn’t true because July 20th we still didn’t have any room service. I had to bring them my own bedding myself and pick up new ones.
There were ants everywhere around the kitchen counter even when our food was stored in the fridge which also didn’t work because of electricity being off.
17th, 18th , 19th and 20th July we spent the whole day without air conditioning and were told it will only be turned on at 6pm-9am. 6pm came and it got turned on- moments later we lost electricity, water and air conditioning again and slept the whole night awake because it was simply impossible to breathe.
20th of July we also went to eat for our last lunch of the day. There are 2 canteens, one on the left that’s modern and much more practical, the one on the left is disgraceful. We came and got told we are not allowed to use the canteen on the left even though we payed for all inclusive. None of the staff had an explanation, we kept getting told there is no manager to speak to.
We knew the hotel is rated 3 stars but we payed for all inclusive, for 3 rooms that should’ve been comfortable to live in for 7 days and none of it was provided. Every morning there was more and more bigger issues. It completely ruined our holiday and finances.
The lifts kept on breaking down with people inside when the electricity went off every day. We didn’t use them for that reason.
Absolutely a waste of money, time and nerves. We want our money back. Imagine yourselves spending day and night with no water and air conditioning in 35+ heat. I was told by the receptionist I can only discuss compensation through the agency that we booked this holiday through??? We want answers!

Ryan air changed our flight time by 9.5 hours and class as major change. Sunshine don’t even though we get into uk next day. On line chat awful. I emailed CEO no response! Never again. No wonder people pay more for local travel agents. Awful service but take your ££. Do not book via sunshine
Awful Customer Service
Booked a holiday in May 2024 for April 2025. When checking in online, 3 weeks before departure, I noticed the flight time had been changed from 6am to 6pm. I contacted Sunshine Holidays through online chat, as this is the only contact available, they refused to refund or offer alternative travel. I wrote to them explaining that I wasn't happy with the changes to my travel. The letter was received giving sufficient time to change my booking but I still haven't had a reply.
Bad customer service
Wanted to change our hotel as reviews since we booked are shocking, only booked 4 days ago and they have charged us £80.00 admin. Its is dreadful customer service. Someone has also reported fake reviews on the hotel we booked to trip advisor. Wouldn't be using them again as ive always booked with them and feel let down.

Booked a holiday to benidom for 4 nights with a great flight from Leeds bradford only to find out the flight is actually at 1930 instead of 11.10, so a waste of nearly a full day, havent even gone yet, avoid this company, will take your money then pass the buck to someone else 😡😡😡

Please don't use this company. Non existent customer service. They are great at taking your money but won't give you the holiday you want. Sunshine automatically booked the worst flight times and it was impossible to change them. I cancelled my booking which was easy to do because guess what? Yes, that cost me despite the payments I'd already made. Worth it to be rid of them. Hideous. Please don't use them, you will be disappointed

I have just booked a holiday with Sunshine Holidays, I now realise that I have to book/confirm the flights myself. I am 71 and I find the process very confusing therefore I had to agree for them to do this for me at a cost of £24 , I have a bad feeling about this company and I would advise people to be wary.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tried to deny that the hotel we booked had major renovations going on so large pool closed. Said not their fault and then weeks later added this to their website. Tried to change to cheaper hotel and would be charged an extra £300?? They missold a holiday which cannot offer what was advertised. Live chat is absolutely appalling, they ignore your concerns and keep sending an automatic reply saying relax and enjoy your holiday!! Absolute scammers with zero customer service. It’s not worth saving initially when you book because if something goes wrong they are nowhere to be seen! Will be the last time I ever use this appalling company

Third time we have booked with Sunshine holidays and this will be our last. We are in resort trying to change hotel, I rang this morning £40 call! They said they would sort it and ring me back 7 hours later nothing so thanks for rubbish customer service!

I have been mis sold a luxury 5 star…
I have been mis sold a luxury 5 star holiday by sunshine holiday. I arrived today and am shocked at what I was promised and actually received. I have tried to contact them on the resort number numerous times unsuccessfully somehow I just can't speak to anyone. The chat on the website does not work. They trap your money and there's no way to get in touch with them whilst abroad. The entire hotels is pretty much shut, no shows, pool areas closed, almost all restaurants closed despite saying they're open on the website. You need to move us to what we thought we had booked. This is unbelievable.

Used twice absolutely brilliant 👏 no trouble throughout my booking process. My friends booked with on the beach they paid for 4 20kg cases but they had to pay for luggage allowance there and back. I added a 20kg case and mine was fine with these guys. All my info was documented on my itinerary on my sunshine holiday account.Ty sunshine holidays.
BEWARE of SALES SALES SALES interest
FACTS:
✅ I specifically requested interconnecting rooms when booking my all-inclusive holiday because I am traveling with two young children.
✅ Their representative misled me by stating that interconnecting rooms were “possible but not guaranteed.”
✅ The hotel has confirmed later that no interconnecting rooms exist in the category theysold me.
This is textbook misrepresentation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Misrepresentation Act 1967. I was sold something that does not exist, and rather than owning up to the mistake and offering a solution, that pathetic company is shirking responsibility and leaving me in an unacceptable and stressful situation before my trip.

Frustrating - Awaiting a booking confirmation
We booked a holiday last week on line for the summer. Paid a deposit etc. It said we would receive confirmation of the booking within 48 hours. We're still waiting a week later. We have tried to contact Sunshine.co.uk without success. The telephone is just automated messages and cuts you off. We tried to do the live chat but the live chat doesn't seem to exist as we can't find it. If you call and request a link to access live chat, they send an email but if you click the link, you still don't get taken to the live chat. It takes you to the website where you cannot find the live chat function. So frustrating. You can't speak to anyone at all. I need to know whether my holiday booking has been confirmed or not. Certainly not the way to conduct a business.
