This is a terrible company? Please avoid at all costs if you are ordering from the UK. What they don't tell you is that if you return your goods, they will deduct all customs and taxes from your refund. So I bought a pair of boots for 325 pounds plus 16 pounds delivery and they are only going to refund me 270 pounds. They said I need to take up the dispute of the 55 pounds with the customs office. Nowhere on their website is this stipulated!! Con artists at their best as UPS told me the company should be dealing with Customs amd not the customer!

Purchased shoes that after 2 wears became faulty. It’s been weeks since my order has been returned and they still not issued refund.

Customer services keep saying we will chase it up? Chase it up with who? They are customer services who have my money! I would like to upload all the emails but it does not give me an option!

Very upset and frustrated by experience. I was replacing a 2 year old pair of boots where the heel part of the boot fell off. I contacted SW to ask about repair advice and got no reply. I then ordered the exact same item and size but when they arrived they were at least a half size larger and too big for me. However the website does not do exchanges. The return instructions are complicated and it does not appear shipping is paid for. The return confirmation I got has the wrong price on it. I am still trying to work out how to return these very expensive boots. My emails to customer service have not been answered.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered over the knee boots online. Full price. 1,000 bucks. Got an email saying my boots would be delivered today. I waited. Nothing. UPS said they tried to deliver. Liars. My door camera says no. My three German shepherds say no. Package at a collection point. I went. No. Customer service says it’s my problem. Won’t let me talk to a supervisor. This for a thousand dollars????? NO

Scarpe indossate soltanto una volta per il mio matrimonio, per circa 8 ore. Si sono rovinati gli stiletti e può capitare non lo metto in dubbio se il ricevimento é su un prato, ma anche le punte totalmente rovinate manco avessi fatto la ballerina di danza classica. E peggio ancora, assistenza inesistente e inadatta. Scarpe che forse meglio quelle cinesi.

I go a sandal which I not resigned correctly. After 5 minutes walk it hurts like hell. I buy a lot of shoes by SW, this never happen.

One even wanted photo of shoe: Can a photo show that food hurts? How stupid can one get??? No the refuse to return CHF 100 for shipping fees. It is not my fault that this model is faulty. NEVER AGAIN

Habe goldene Sandaletten in Größe 38,5 online bestellt. Geliefert wurde eine schwarze Sandalette in völlig anderem Stil, Größe 39.
Die Schuhe wurden daher ordnungsgemäß retourniert. Obwohl der Fehler nicht bei mir liegt, soll ich nun € 15,00 für die Retoure zahlen. In einer unverschämten Email wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Rücksendungen in jedem Fall vom Käufer zu tragen sind. Werde dort ganz sicher nicht mehr bestellen. Finger weg von dieser Seite, total unseriös!

Qualità di m..da! Siete una vergogna. Scarpe assolutamente in usabile. Tagliano la pelle come coltelli. Dovete andare in prigione perché siete i truffatori niente altro!

Verlangen horrende Versandkosten und diese werden leider nach vollständiger Retoure auch nicht zurück erstattet. Dies obwohl es gesetzlich in Deutschland so geregelt ist.
Unverschämtheit ist auch, dass weder auf Emails geantwortet wird noch die Hotline des Kundenservice erreichbar ist. Dies bei einem Luxuslabel!!

Really awful customer service. Actually non existent. Bought an expensive pair of boots with neoprene type material at the back which tore and disintegrated after wearing them 5 times. While materials fail that is understandable, however a company ignoring emails with photos and simply not addressing the issue and NEVER responding is unacceptable from just a upmarket brand. Never being from Stuart Weitzman again!! I wish I had seen these reviews before purchase.

Bought a pair of sandals of this website on the 6th June 2024 for a wedding paid 25.00 express delivery as I needed them quick and we are now over a month later waiting on the sandals. It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced keep saying that fedex has the sandals and I will get them. I have asked for them to be returned and issued with a refund which I was told no they can’t do that. Save yourself a lot of hassle don’t order off Stuart Weitzman ever.

My favorite shoes have become a nightmare. Since they eliminated the store in Milan, I'm forced to buy my shoes online. There have been so many problems and the customer service really sucks. Most recently, I sent (under their direction) photos of boots I bought last season, very damaged in the heel, to ask for a repair. They replied that they were ruined because I misused them (I don't know how ...), so they would give me only a 20% off coupon. This is an unacceptable response for shoes that cost about 800,00 euros and for a customer who has been buying only those shoes for 20 years. Don't buy those shoes, they don't deserve it

I have been waiting since one week to know where my parcel is. I am struggling to receive answers.

It‘s a scam!! Don‘t order here - the shop gives wrong info about the shipping, isn‘t able to clearify on the subject and operates with different emails and from different locations. Feels like fraud. I will contact the police.

I ordered some boots with crystal buckles. After a few months, some crystals were missing. Neither Outnet (where I bought them) nor Stuart Weitzman are willing to help me or send replacement crystals. After SW told me they would get back to me, I never heard back, even though I asked several times for a response. Really disappointing that I now have to wear SW boots that look very cheap because of the missing crystals.

Ordered online and paid expensive postage, parcels was delayed so I contacted customer service. The agent insists there is no anomaly in the delivery, despite I continued to tell them it is showing up as delayed and showing the address is wrong, they just told me to wait. I called Fedex after that, Fedex informed me that the company name to delivery address was left blank. I filled very clearly the business name to the delivery, however it was missed out when sent. I am now still in the process of waiting. If I did not call Fedex the parcel would have been returned. I paid a very expensive postage charge to receive this kind of service, very disappointed. I don't think the service standard matches up to the brand, and the agent's ignorance is a bad representation of the brand.

Kundenservice ist nicht vorhanden

Seit August 2023, also seit über einem halben Jahr versuche ich den Kundenservice zu erreichen, weil das gekaufte Paar einen Herstellungsmangel hat. Ich frage etwa einmal im Monat nach und bekomme jedes Mal nur die standartisierte Anwort, dass meine Anfrage an die zuständige Stelle weitergeleitet wird.

Über den Chat kann man mir nicht weiterhelfen, weil die Schuhe im Laden und nicht im Onlineshop gekauft wurden. In einen Laden kann ich nicht gehen, weil der nächste inzwischen mehrere Autostunden entfernt ist.

Sie stellen wirklich unglaublich schöne Schuhe her, allerdings bei dem Preis ist der "Kundenservice" wirklich eine Unverschähmtheit.

So decided to try and return them to get a refund - got a Returns number with instructions on how to Organise a return with FedEx - went on the fedex website to organize a return - and nothing - no tel number - no nothing and no one has turned up. INCOMPETENTI, STIVALI MAI ARRIVATI!
Consegna prevista per il 29 dicembre, siamo al 12 Gennaio e non é arrivato nessuno stivale. Un misterioso problema, che non sanno giustificarmi, ha fatto si che gli stivali venissero rimandati indietro. Nessuna notifica tramite mail o telefonata dello status della consegna. Sono io che ho dovuto continuamente richiamarli per scoprire che gli stivali non sarebbero piu stati consegnati. Esperienza frustrante e logorante considerando anche il prezzo di 720 euro per un paio di stivali!
