Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I had a pair of Stuart Weitzman ankle boots. Didn’t know the soles were melting in my closet. The Stuart claim it is the responsibility of Nordstrom where I bought the boots but Nordstrom claim it is a manufacturer defect and I believe that is the case.
I have shoes in my closet that are decades old and I have never had such an experience with any shoe. I wore the shoes in the car and as soon as I walked out the car, my feet was practically sticking to the ground because of the melting plastic in the soles. Wonder how long it was leaking and polluting the air.
Buyer be ware of this manufacturer.
Sold outlet quality shoes at one of their stores
My wife went to the Chestnut Hill store and bought a pair of boots on sale. When it started to fall apart we went back to the store and were told that they were a pop up store and an outlet. (Their outlet shoes are of a different quality compared to there regular stores). We were never told that. Anyone else have this issue? We shopped their Nov. 6. 2023. They sent us another pair that were made in China and even worse quality.
Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. It is not worth the price. You can get an ARA shoes that are stylish and made of real leather that is soft and not as hard as a cement.
I bought 2 pairs both for weddings. I wore it at home a couple of times thinking it will get better, not a chance. It is just not possible to wear it, is so hard & not wearable - it just looks nice but for that price you can expect something much better. Even second hand stores would not take it.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I love their boots and in the past I have bought two pairs which were perfect. But on the 20th October I bought online a pair of their knee high boots. They arrived on the 27th, I’m a size 3 and the boots unfortunately were too big for me. The same day I took the boots with the Fedex return label to my local drop off for return. The label failed. I got in touch with SW customer services and they sent another label. On the 30th I took the parcel back to the same drop off. The label failed. Went home again contacted SW customer services .They emailed another label dated 2nd November. I went to the drop off and again the label failed. I tried to get in touch with customer services again. This time they didn’t reply. I was so frustrated that I turned to PayPal and created a dispute. PayPal got SW to create a label. I went back to the drop off for a fourth time and guess what? It Failed!!
This has all gone terribly wrong because SW customer services wouldn’t listen to me explaining that there was something wrong with the label, and every time they created a new one for me it had the same info on it!
But listen up everyone use PayPal for purchasing especially abroad,because they will look after you if something goes wrong like it did for me. Without their help I would have lost £397.00!!
Don’t buy Stuart Weitzman!
Terrible customer service.
Ordered shoes, but the size was wrong so I returned them. They received them on October 16, but I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service doesn’t help. You would expect better service for a high end brand…. Very disappointing.

Ich habe vor einem Monat bestellte Stiefel zurückgeschickt, bisher mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. im Kundenservice ist keiner erreichbar. Werde eine Anzeige erstatten. Nie wieder!! Hätte ich doch lieber die Bewertungen hier lesen müssen. Ich sehe schon, andere Kunden haben die ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht.
Bordering on fraud
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I returned my order on 21 September. It is now 16 October and I still have not received a refund. Customer service is no help and it’s past the window they claim they’ll refund within. Unacceptable for such an expensive brand.
Awful returns process
I love their shoes but learnt the hard way- never order from them if you might need to return. I sent back a return on 28 September. It’s 9 October and I still haven’t heard anything and no refund. They are very expensive so they shouldn’t be holding on to your money like this
To follow up on this I emailed customer service to confirm if they had received the return and as of 16 October no confirmation and no refund still.
Big mistake to order online from this…
Big mistake to order online from this company. I love their footwear but my order took over a week to arrive and after having to return my order I am still waiting to receive a refund. Bear in mind my shoes came from Italy and were retuned to Italy. The return item has been back with them for over a week now and still no refund. I will never order from this company again.

Stuart Weitzman used to be good quality. These days, not sure what happened to this brand, but it became cheap quality really cheaply made shoes. For what they cost, there is a huge disconnect. They are like stylish payless shoes haha. Good by SW ;-(
Awful
I bought a pair of boots. The inner sole was ever so slightly damaged, so they offered to mend them for free and I thought why not! But never gave them back and I kept hounding. After months on end, I eventually got them back all scuffed up in a broken box. It was awful. I think had I not kicked off, it would have been daylight robbery...
Don't buy anything from this brand
What a horrible brand. The way they make money is by making shoes that are very expensive and not worth the price, then they offer big discounts, and I assure you the shoes are not worth the price even with the discount, and be aware that you can't return or replace any of the items bought on sales. Almost every item has the wrong sizing and width compared to your usual size with other brands, so it's almost impossible to get the sizing right. This brand is a huge scam, and they won't return my money.

Horrible online shopping experience
I purchased shoes online from Steuart Weitzman outlet stores. I know my size as I have purchased their shoes directly in their stores many times over the past years. The fit was horrible and because it was on sale they would not take any returns or exchanges. The size was not true to size... they were way too narrow. The customer service representative was rude and she could care less about my shopping experience online. She refused to make any exceptions. There was no sensitivity trip at all.

Beware of surveys from Stuart Waitzman
Took a survey on Drumo regarding Stuart Weitzman at least five times. Even though the survey only took around 1 to 2 min. to finish I was kicked out each time.
Stuart Waitzman refused to pay me the money they owe me for my opinion in regards to there product.
Terrible Customer Service
I bought some sandals from Stuart Weitzman last summer that broke within a few weeks of wearing them. I emailed them to ask if they would repair them, I was asked to send numerous pictures of the broken shoe and have now received a response to say they don't offer a repair service. I shall never buy a pair of shoes from them again - and would advise others to do the same.

Worst customer experience ever! I have not received my order and customer service is writing me for 2 weeks that they are waiting for an answer from someone that is looking into the case! They are just ignoring my request of cancelling the order. I don't want your shoes, just refund me my money!

Kundenservice absolut inakzeptable für Schuhe dieser Preiskategorie!!
Ich habe bei Stuart Weitzman ein Paar Schuhe bestellt, leider war die Farbe nicht richtig abgebildet. Sie sahen weiß aus, und waren in der Tat grau. Ich habe sie zurückgeschickt und andere dafür bestellt, und sie haben mir 12,00€ Rücksendekosten für eine Inlandsendung in Rechnung gestellt. Der Kuundenservice antwortet an der Telefon Hotline nie, per Chat sind sie genau so, man redet mit einer Machine, die nur Texte zitiert. Ich muss 12,00€ zahlen, für Ware, die ich nicht behalten habe, weil die Abbildung auf der Webseite fehlerhaft war und noch dazu 12,00€ für eine neue Bestellung. 24€ Versandkosten für 2 Inlandsendungen, eine Frechheit!! Für so ein Haus, welches Schuhe um die 500€ verkauft, ist es absolut inakzeptabel! Nie wieder werde ich dort etwas bestellen, meine Kundschaft haben sie somit verloren. Ich kann diesen Designer absolut nicht empfehlen, kaufen sie lieber bei anderen Designern, die ein besseres Service anbieten
