Poor again - with my update from 2 months later
Great washing of the car, asking for payment upfront is not acceptable and not contacting me when I specifically leave a note on the car for issues is a total failure of customer care. A new suspension part that is 10 months old and done 2700 miles on it that is faulty is not covered by warranty is poor imo too. Still waiting for a response to move forwards ..last year was no better with customer care either . Update - after managing to contact the new Chairman of M.Benz (after exhausting the M.B complaints procedure to get a simple receipt for the service done 2 months ago and a price for replacement of the strut) the people at Stratstone Gelderd Road Leeds "jumped into action". Funny what I "could not achieve" by their complaints procedure miraculously happened after that. Dropped my score on trust pilot from a 3 to a 1 star as a result of all the hassle though.

Having recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz, I feel compelled to share my experience, which was made truly outstanding by Bilaal Farid.
From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Bilaal was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once resorted to the high-pressure sales tactics one so often encounters. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a vehicle, listening carefully to my needs and preferences.
His expertise on the Mercedes range was second to none. He didn't just recite the brochure; he provided insightful, practical demonstrations of the features that mattered most to me. He was also incredibly accommodating, arranging a test drive that perfectly suited my schedule and ensuring I was completely comfortable with the car before making any decisions.

Mercedes Leeds is always a problem with communication and you always need to chase people for everything. Last service I was kept waiting for longer than out any updates and I have to chase twice.
Also a car wash is average service as it left marks uncleaned inside.

BUT, SORRY, YOU HAVE LOADS OF COFFIES BUT NO DECAFE, I DID SAY SOMETHING LAST TIME I WENT AND NO BISCUITS AND ITS NOT LIKE YOU ARE NEAR ANY SHOPS FOR US TO BUY SOME.
EVEN BACK STREET GARAGES HAVE BISCUITS
Now look at the reply from the company.
They are going to do more training, this proves whoever read it doesn’t read it doesn't need training it needs someone to go to a shop and buy some decaf tea and coffee and biscuits.
They could probably get it delivered.

Appalling service
When I purchased my car I paid for a bodywork treatment which costing £999. Which I was told would entail paintwork correction prep and then a ceramic coating treatment. All that has been done to the car is that the treatment has been applied over existing scratches etc. there has been little or no prep at all. I am absolutely heartbroken at the state of my new car. Add to this, I was charged £25 for fuel on my invoice but the fuel warning light was on when I picked up the car. I had to provide a full complement of documentation for my part exchange including fsh, mot cert, any invoices for repairs etc. I received absolutely nothing with my car other than an invoice by email. I know nothing about the history of my new vehicle. I am not happy with Statstone Leeds.
