Stratstone - Porsche Centre Wilmslow Omdömen 

I never do these reviews but this one is so shocking I feel I must!

I purchased a new vehicle from Porsche Wilmslow (brand new Taycan Turbo S) and handed my old Taycan back at the end of its 3 year term for them to return to Porsche Finance, all agreed in writing with Porsche Wilmslow.

They never returned the car, it has sat at the dealership for over 2 months, and the finance company tried to collect account £88,000 from my account as the finance had not been repaid, even though I had in writing from Porsche Wilmslow it was resolved and there was nothing more for me to do! Then collections action was taken against me, even though Porsche had the vehicle in its possession.

It’s caused me and my team huge upset and stess and is simply not “Treating customers fairly” in line with FCA rules.

Porsche UK should hang their heads in shame for such poor levels of service offered by their dealerships and for treating a repeat client in such a shocking way!

A well treated experience from the Porsche Wilmslow Centre from start to finish

I was attended with out most care and kindness. The entire team at Porsche Wilmslow go out of their way to provide comfort and peace of mind to their clients and I wish to make special mention of Nick in sales and Michele in the customer service who have always been most professional and attentive to me, offering their support and dedicating time. It is wonderful to feel you are care for. Thanks to the team.

We had to visit Porsche Wilmslow on Friday as a stuck rear seat belt on our Cayenne had stuck as a result of moving the rear seat back. This was ahead of a trip to South Wales that afternoon. Michelle was a great help and although she did warn me that a technician might not be available she said that she would do what she could. A few minutes later out came Sam and within a short time everything was sorted and we were on our way.
I really cannot speak more highly of their extremely friendly and helpful attitudes and of the superb service we received - not only from these two but the smiling reception team also.

Chloe Muddiman was exceptional. Mid-morning, a long way from home and with a punctured tyre, we limped to Wilmslow, being the nearest Porsche Centre. Chloe worked out the tyre size, immediately ordered it from the warehouse, which meant it was delivered that same day. By mid afternoon the tyre had been fitted and the car was ready for collection. Not only that, but she'd charged our car to 100% and provided us with all the records to process our claim against our Porsche tyre insurance. This service was exceptional.

I needed a new headlight bulb straight away as I had to drive at night.It was done while I waited.The team headed by Stuart are so friendly,professional and courteous.They cannot be bettered.Thank you and well done.

Before we start, the staff are lovely and always friendly and helpful!! There is always a friendly hello and a welcoming smile.

But…. the service offered is awful.

Every time you phone to speak to someone in service, you are reassured they will phone back - never had a call back yet. On two occasions I had to drive to the showroom, park up and wait inside until someone could see me (not the greatest use of my time, presumably because they are constantly very busy).

It also seems there is a noticeable lack of curtesy cars… Porsche are quite happy to leave you without a vehicle whilst they fix one of the many recalls or faults whilst the vehicle is under warranty. With my latest issue, I was told that a curtesy car would be available at the end of March?.

My car was just due its first MOT but the dipped beam has developed a fault… thankfully just happened before 3-year warranty expired, so lucky me. It won’t pass its MOT with it broken and only Porsche can fix the light, resulting in me having to leave my car at the showroom until fixed and leave without it. No curtesy car offered and no attempt made to facilitate me getting around at any point.

The new headlight unit may arrive next week… I work full time in an office 17 miles away from my home and have been left without a car for a week now, it will be another week before I may have my motor back?! This is a huge cost to me personally and very inconvenient whilst I wait for repairs.

It is just disappointing and not the first time the service has been poor and way below par of what you would expect from such a prestigious (and pricy) brand.

Great service. Had some vehicle repairs carried out was provided with a courtesy car by Porsche assistance for a full week.

Great service as always, speed and efficiency and a great attitude are all always important to my Family and l and that is always what we get in bucket loads...

Having initially making a complaint to Porsche Centre Wilmslow regarding a service issue. Stuart Swann - Service Manager has now addressed my complaint to a satisfactory conclusion and we can now move on to a more positive relationship in the future.

Having recently visited the Porsche Wilmslow service department, all I can say is if you are a Porsche Owner, I would suggest comparing the price between this dealer and other Porsche dealers on the price of servicing. I think you will be surprised on what you find, as they are all quoting for exactly the same work specified by the manufacturer. I have just checked with another dealer for the same service and I could not believe the difference in cost, it was shocking!
