Stratstone - Audi Tamworth Omdömen 

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Audi Tamworth regarding an urgent recall on my Audi E-Tron GT — a vehicle that is not even 8 months old.

Despite the seriousness of the issue, I have now had two separate appointments cancelled, each of which had been scheduled over a month in advance. The reason given on both occasions? A lack of availability for a courtesy car. Frankly, this is unacceptable.

For a dealership representing a premium brand like Audi, the inability to plan ahead and ensure basic customer support — especially for a safety-critical recall — is shocking. It demonstrates a lack of organisation, customer care, and respect for the time and trust of those who invest in their vehicles.

This isn't a routine maintenance delay — it's an urgent manufacturer recall, visible in my vehicle’s system. Yet Audi Tamworth appears unwilling or unable to prioritise it appropriately. What message does that send to customers about safety and aftersales commitment?

Based on this experience, I have serious doubts about ever purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. A premium price tag should come with premium service — or at the very least, competence. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

You serviced my car that I’ve had for 6 mths and gave me list of repairs, some was covered by warranty, youve not put a claim for this through as a result I’ve been without a car for 1 week up to now. It’s me chasing you for updates on my vehicle. From a main dealer service poor . I keep getting told someone will call me to discuss my issues but nobody has.

Quick and efficient

Dislike the time frame to get car fixed under warranty, lack of communication, no written apology from manager, very bad experience, Also no courtesy car offered. Come on Audi pull your socks up, you want to look flash, then you should be acting flash and know what your doing, very bad communicating for a big flash company.

Dangerous Service - Misdiagnosed a fault which meant they handed me a car not fit to travel in, leaving my partner and i stranded in the dark on a dangerous road.

No Spares, no updates. no urgency.
Left me without a car for 6 weeks. No courtesy cars.

This is the 2nd time I've had really poor service from Tamworth Audi, will never use them again. Don't put your faith in them at all.

UPDATE: I HAD A REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT AFTER 3 WEEKS.
Empty apology but no acceptance of responsibility for putting me and my partner in danger by giving me an unrepaired car! I’m beyond disgusted.

Do not buy and do not service your Audi through these incompetent liars

Who has been beyond and above, fantastic customer service; resolved issues promptly and effectively.
More of i had a Seamless support offered to help before being even asked!
Emran's efforts are deserving of recognition.

Waiting for your phone call to be answered is atrocious. The phone is ringing for 16 minutes now and there is no answer. It happens every single time I’ve tried to contact the garage. Eventually the phone was answered after 18 minutes. I was put through to the department I requested and before I could complete explaining the purpose of my call, the phone was cut off!
One month ago I sent an email to complain and so far there has been no reply. My next move is to contact Audi UK.
