This survey doesn’t work. I wrote my comments tried to send it and it’s disappeared. You’re very lucky if someone decides to give comments and it needs to be a seamless harvesting of the information.
Please don’t expect us to use American style dates, Audi is famed for its ridiculous computerised systems and that is another nail in the coffin for people Completing surveys. The experience was about two weeks ago. I haven’t got the date in front of me and I don’t see why I should have to look for it.

Easy pleasant visit to get car serviced

Fantastic service nothing too much trouble my go to dealership to look after my Audi car. I don’t think their service and professionalism can be bettered.

Clean and tidy waiting department drinks if needed car was completed with no issues.

Great experience! Booking was done professionally and I was given choices on my booking and choices and dates of if I needed a courtesy car.

This was my first experience with Audi having recently purchased a used Audi, I took it in for a diagnostic test, the whole process was strange everything was dealt with in the waiting area, no explanation was offered to exactly what had been done in the test, link sent and told these are the faults and that’s the cost, which was extortionate, a very cold and impersonal service, I didn’t get any sense of credibility…
I’ve had Minis for years and the service has always been spot on, warm/inviting clear guidance and reassuring with their knowledge and explanations. Not sure if this is typical behaviour for Audi but they certainly could learn a few things about customer service from Mini because I doubt I’ll use an Audi garage again.
Also they didn’t even wash the car not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but for a company that claims to be a premium brand it certainly doesn’t treat its customers that way, definitely not what you would expect, considering their prices.

On arrival we were made to feel welcome. It didn’t feel clinical and rehearsed like other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. Whilst waiting we were offered coffee and biscuits. When our car was ready they washed and cleaned it for us .

Had to bring my car in for MOT and a warning light diagnostic. Dropped in at 815am but was not looked at till 1500 and phoned at 1630 to communicate they wished to keep it overnight which was not possible.

Therefore had to bring back 2 weeks later when assured that would be drop and wait with car available before 12 so could return to work. This didn't not happen with poor communication throughout with 5 hours without anyone coming to update unless asked.

I have used and bought from this garage pre stratstone and had no issues on multiple occasions. Needs to improve and would recommend people going elsewhere.

Don’t normally leave a review, but I guess this is the old fashioned word of mouth, this is my 3rd Audi car and have always been happy with the service, however I recently discovered that, Halesowen dealership was nearer for me to travel too and have had a service done here yesterday and wow staff are supper friendly, such a friendly relax atmosphere, car was valeted to a really high spec and no messing about done super fast, great advice given by Matt and Craig and went above and beyond to provide a fantastic experience,
I am obviously moving to this place for all future service etc.

Excellent communication, I was regularly updated by staff member Craig on the situation regarding my vehicle. Craig was informative and friendly throughout the process.

A friendly dealership who made purchasing my new car a great experience. A big shout out to Iain Walker who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, listening and understanding what I was looking for and then going above and beyond to find me what I wanted. In addition, he managed to get me a great deal! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you

Inconsistent service

Had to return for some minor work to be completed after originally booking the work in to be done with my MOT and service.

The young lady was very helpful though in getting the work sorted out.

Great service. Brilliant communication. Would definitely recommend.
