It would be good if management focus on customer service and improve friendly approach to make customers feel valued when they visit the showroom/Store.

Simple Julie and Keira, these two people are a different class when it comes to customer service, from personal experience these two make the difference between good service and incredible customer service, they are the reason I will be going back to Erdington Audi.

Keira was very friendly and welcoming. She kept me updated throughout and made sure I was happy with everything. The valet she offered was great, made my experience all that bit better. Completely satisfied customer, Thanks Keira!

Honestly by all means stay away from this dealership and use Audi oldbury. Members of staff are incompetent and unable to do there job. I rang several times where no one picked up, when did they eventually pick up I was promised a call back. There is lack of urgency in dealing with customers and no skills

Brilliant customer sevice and hospitality from Sabiyah. She had a wealth of knowledge about parts, services, Car inspections etc. Was happy with the inspection and how Sabiyah explained all details, requirements, services etc.

Sales person Sharon was amazing

Previous service from 2022, missed off records. I was told by the service agent, they'd request from Head Office for this to be added and they'd send me an uptodate summary. I've left it several weeks now and had nothing. I phoned up to ask someone to email it to me....it took me about 6 attempts to get through on the phone. Still nobody has emailed me this or got back in touch. That was about 3 weeks ago.

Also, I wrote to Audi Head Office to request a Certificate of Calibration to demonstrate my vehicle was compliant with the Birmingham CAZ, as there was a discrepancy on the DVLA website which meant I was incorrectly receiving fines. I was told to email another dept and ask for this - which I did, about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I haven't received that either.

Why can't people reply to things and provide the things they've been asked to provide ? Neither of these requests have got "lost in the system" etc, it's just someone has made a conscious decision to read it, and ignore it.

This happens way too often in the UK in 2024. I don't understand why....the problem/query doesn't go away. It just enflames a situation, adds unnecessary admin etc, and gives companies bad reviews, when the hard bit was has already been done (at what would've been a 5-star review).

(edit in response to Audi's reply): No thanks, there were the several attempts made by me for this to be done/corrected in the first instance, so I won't remove my review. This isn't the first time either. If you were really interested in discussing this with those that didn't bother to reply, I'm sure you can work out the booking based on my user name, date and the dealership. But my guess is you wont bother.

Work was identified and I was asked if I wanted it completed which I said I did only to be told the part was not in stock so I would need to bring the car back. I signed up to the Audi service plan, the individual that sold me it had no idea what she was talking about. Wasn't able to answer my questions around what was/wasn't included. I asked if a wheel alignment would be completed as part of my service, she didn't seem to know what this was and said it wouldn't be included rather than checking. My report then came in following the service which flagged the wheel alignment as complete (green). I asked again had it definitely been completed and she still said no. I asked why I didn't get an audi service cam video so I could check what had been checked during the service, and apparently the MOT guy doesn't do that...which was weird because I thought I had also had a service done. Overall the service was so shoddy I actually regretted not going to a local garage and paying a quarter of the cost.

But can never get through on the phone. Very disappointing. The phone should be one of the most important point of contact. However, you guys have bombarded me with emails...
