I would like to say that I am very satisfied with the help and support we have had from Martin Tang of Stonewater housing and also from Emma the income team, in which have been very helpfull, professional and empathetic, have been fantastic with the housing process and has assured us the continuous support we shall have as a tenant in the new journey for independent living, thankyou so much

Awful, ignorant & uncaring. Weobley is badly managed, they have done nothing that we have requested. After requesting a key for nearly 2 months, we still don't have one so will have to waste even more time in contacting the Housing Ombudsman, just to sort out a key ! The hot water is only a dribble too. Why didn't you tell us there was a problem with the water ? Why have you left our handrail in an unsafe condition after doing work we did not request ? What an appalling way to treat 2 disabled people. Shame on you. A dreadful company

I had a great experience with Melissa and Wendy .Melissa made sure to keep me in the loop from the start till when I moved in recently. Whilst doing the hand over Melissa was very polite, understanding and patient with me. Thank you for such a great experience

Mellisa well were do I start from start to finish the journey of getting our brand new family home mellisa looked after us in every way possible and was fantastic to deal with! Really easy to deal with

We worked with Melissa and couldn't have asked for anything more. She was professional, approachable and responded to emails in a timely manner. Unfortunately we experienced delays which were out of her hands but Melissa kept us up to date and offered assistance where required.

I was treated with respect by a very friendly lady called Melissa couldn't have asked for better service no complaints so far well done

I have been a tenant for 7 and half years and since Stonewater took over from Greenoaks the building has gone down hill. Any repairs take ages as the communications between tenants and the right department, get lost in translate!! We as 36 tenants have been using one tumble dryer as we have been waiting nearly three months. It’s not fair and they simply don’t care. They replaced a washing machine that has a small drum so if there is two of us I can’t wash a big load… like a lot of us. The gardeners turn up when they feel like it and the leaf blower is useless as they blow the leafs to one side and just after they leave.,. One lot of wind blows it all back over the grass! Shabby gardeners. Stonewater are happy for us to pay a lot of money for maintenance, but most of the work and time is not what we pay for. It’s one email after email or call. For every building they should all have industrial machines.

Stonewater are unreliable, don't turn up, stress people out, make promises they can't keep, I am very dissatisfied, and have caused me to have an epileptic fit, through stress and inconvenience, I was taken into hospital,Stonewater, .. they don't listen to tenants problems, and it is very stressful,, I don't come out... I don't think they realise how stressful this is.. to be honest Its been so stressful , I would give them zero stars.. ☹️😔

Been absolutely amazing with me throughout my house move! Claire especially made the process so stress free. Couldn’t recommend enough and the property is perfect. Thank you so much again

From the 1st Contact through to the Final Moving in I have found Stonewater to be amazing, Louise Constable was outstanding, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Naomi Watts has also be amazing during the Final Lap of the process. I truly hope the high standards set by these 2 Ladies is kept up by the rest of Stonewater during my association with the Group.
