Karen Porter has been extremely helpful and professional throughout what could have been a stressful repair process. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage, and she was proactive in coordinating contractors, explaining next steps, and following up on progress. Issues were handled calmly and efficiently, with genuine consideration for us as occupants of the property. I really appreciated the transparency and organisation, and the way the situation was managed from start to finish. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible.

I have recently purchased a shared ownership with Stonewater and the whole process was frustrating, especially with the length of time it took, however it has to be said, that Stonewater themselves were always helpful, friendly and positive when engaging with them. Krissy Chant was always on hand when needed and I am very happy with the overall outcome, thank you.

As a tenant of Stonewater, I qualified to explore some support services they offer... Kim (Gibson) was amazing! Stonewater hasn't always been efficient in dealing with any of my queries in the past, but Kim went above and beyond. Not only super efficient, but knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely a really lovely person. An absolute credit to SW. Thank you.

At the time of my property handover, I raised a few minor repairs which were within the 1yr property guarantee and still needed to be actioned.
My Aftercare Officer-Victoria Digance fully documented all of the repairs, and then contacted all of the relevant services in order to make sure that all of these repairs where fully actioned in a satisfactory manner.

Tracey leatherland at stonewater was absolutely amazing with helping me out and putting me on to the right people to help me in a time of worry and stress. She led me through the process of getting me a oven and help with hardship at times of great stress for myself and instantly made me feel I was in good hands and wasn’t any length she was unable to go to for me. I never knew of the longleigh foundation and the help they could offer me and I’m so glad I had Tracey to help me! She was very friendly and understanding of my situation and I felt relief once she had gone through everything with me and reassured me she would do her absolute best to help me in my situation, and she did just that!

Stonewater sen t contracters out on the 16th October to upgrade our intercom system in our block of flats, this work was abandoned half done and has left the resdien ts with no entry system, vulnerable residents in the property who cannot let in visitors or receive vital health correspondence, We have received no post for nearly two months and also with the christmas season we ar eunable to receive delivery, this is shocking that the job has been abandoned and we have just been left like this, I have written a formal complaint and next steps will be our local MP, radio and local news to highlight this failure to provide a duty of care to residents and vulnerable residents.

After an initial problem with a gas pipe not being connected the issue was raised with Stonewater, they have been amazing, great workman very little disruption to me which i appreciate being a disabled person, all works were done very quickly and tidied up, special tanks to Tracy Leatherland who has dealt with all the problems in the best manner possible, thank you Tracy you are awesome!

Oh my goodness I’ve never experienced such a smooth handover! Lisa West was absolutely amazing at our sign up! She showed us how everything worked and put our minds at ease! She always responded to us in a timely manner and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Once again my issue sorted so promptly

Rachel Everett helped me with my issues , she is always so friendly, understanding and efficient. Always trying to work out the best way to help.

Martin has been very good in helping me apply for the house I maybe renting as I have a lot of personal stuff going on too at the moment it’s been a real breath of fresh air someone actually putting in an effort more than most to help make this move happen. Emma Swift and Kim Gibson at Stonewater are utterly amazing, always ready to help in difficult times, without judgement. Very understanding of the cost of living crisis and always responsive to emails if you need a hand with economic matters. I would highly recommended, that if you are experiencing any difficulties, as a disabled individual these ladies are only to please to help. Emma has really provided an excellent and prompt service to me lately and I'm very grateful. Both very understanding, kind and professional. A credit to Stonewater Housing.

Promised response from sw regarding 2 separate queries within 5 days and requested to raise a stage 1 complaint relating to these,needless to say no r commentsesponse from sw,only response attempted pacifying comments on customer hubb and other site

My experience with stonewater has been nothing short of amazing, I was kept updated throughout the whole process of my flat completion,melissa was so helpful,professional understanding and nothing was to much trouble i am very grateful for this opportunity to be close to my family and to be able to have a place to call home after such a long time! The staff are friendly and inviting and the property is beautiful and completed to a very high standard i would definitely recommend.Everything has been very efficient and professional thank you once again stonewater
