They just don't seem interested.
In doing anything

You can ask but they won't tell you
Just claim they have sent out warnings
Or tell you to contact the police or environmental health
Anything to pass the buck to someone else

This month I have been assisted several times by Tracey Leatherland and she has made a difficult period much easier to deal with, she has advised and supported us with a great deal of patience and we are very grateful.
