I have just stated renting a property from stonewater it is a beautiful home and alovely location me and my family are so happy .stonewater staff are lovely friendly and have great communication ,i had constant emails/calls from krissy and emma the two agents involved with my move keeping me informed about whats going on right up until the signing date .we are all settled in and extremely pleased with our new home

I moved into my Stonewater home in early December and I couldn't be happier. My new home is perfect for my needs. It's cozy and secure and is in a beautiful scheme with lots of lovely facilities. From applying, to moving in and now being a resident I was helped and supported by Louise Constable and Gary Middleton. They made everything easy with their friendly and professional manner and they're so easy to talk to. I'd recommend Stonewater to anyone. They really care about their residents.

Just Awful experience over and over again! 3 separate complaints In at once, bodged jobs, slow repairs, absolutely no care for anyone.
A constant leak from downstairs toliet for over 4 months, ruined our brand new flooring, stinks of mould, was promised a new toliet and flooring, then they just keep coming and bodging it instead, lasts 2 weeks then starts again!
My mum has parkinsons and restricted mobility, the least she deserves is a functional bathroom!
Unhelpful people on the online chat with no compassion for anything.
At this point I'm not sure why we have to pay rent living in a house that's falling apart.

We've not had access to our car park since September 2025. Our parking barrier entry remote fob stopped working and we asked for a new one. It took them about 8 weeks to provide this. When we finally got it, the parking barrier was broken so we couldn't test the new remote. It took them until around Christmas time to fix the barrier. Upon testing the new barrier fob, we found out that it only worked for the 'out' barrier and not the 'in' barrier. We have since then been asking for a new barrier remote and and have still not received it. We are paying them for a secure parking service and are not receiving it. Abysmal customer service. The really irritating thing is that our housing association, Mount Green, merged with Stonewater a few years ago to supposedly provide a better service but it has instead got worse.

Phoned for a repair as my sink was blocked and outside drains was blocked maybe the weather this caused the problem was reported on a Tuesday then all week nobody turned up then everything turned in to a drama as contractor didn't get back when they was supposed to phone me I ended up chasing the job myself still not been fixed yet was put down as a emergency fix because of drains blocked then was also told after waiting all week they could turn up any time in evening well I'm still waiting as still not fixed after chase them I've really had enough drama over simple phone call who is at fault them or the contractor?

Wonderful. Adrian was knowledgeable and proactive and ensured personal guidance so that all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Different to the usual process as Bristol is such a fast-flowing market. I’m really looking forward to living in my corner of the world.

The flat I’m in is great thanks to Louise Constable for helping me get it. Carol Short is always cheerful and helpful. I have one of the bigger flats in Leamington am settling very well. It’s quiet and neighbours good friendly. Rent is affordable. Only problem I have is regulating shower temperature! Would have given 5 stars.

Alison Bendall and Louise Constable were great. They have both been supportive and helpful. The building is kept as close to immaculate as one can expect. The studio flat I have is surprisingly spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space. It was no trouble for them to arrange the replacement of a faulty intercom/door opening system, as well as repairing a leaking toilet that I inherited.

I have recently moved into a property let by Stonewater after being homeless for nearly a year and the sorting out of so many legal requirements and the stress of so much paper work has been made so much more easier with the help of Emma. She has made things more easy to understand and clarified and advised on any small thing I find difficult. An absolute beacon of light in a sea of numbers

No words to describe this awful housing association. Have sent 3 emails to complaints department and no response. They do not care about their tenants what so ever. A solicitor is now being contacted.
EDIT: It’s in their best interest that they do get in contact with me, Liam as I’m not a tenant that says they will contact a solicitor and then doesn’t.

I reported a bathroom leak to Stonewater back in November 2025, which damaged not only my bathroom walls and ceiling but also seeped into the next bedroom, ruining the plaster. Nearly three months later, it still hasn’t been properly fixed, and I now have appointments booked into February just to try to get it sorted.
Their contractors don’t actually fix anything—they leave botched repairs behind every time. Stonewater promises to resolve issues, but nothing is done correctly, and I’ve had to take an enormous amount of time off work just to accommodate their repeated failures.
The level of unprofessionalism and inefficiency is astounding. If you want your home maintained properly, avoid Stonewater at all costs.

She has dealt with every question i had well & always responded back super fast, she was polite & understanding which made the experience 10x better.
