Always high quality school uniform. Only catch is that some non-school specific items are much more expensive than they are sold elsewhere(e.g. Calculator, maths instruments etc).

Expensive and poor quality

We have ordered items online as well as visited the pop-up shops at school, so have experienced both sides of the service.

I would agree with many of the other reviews that the quality does not justify the prices. Bags break very quickly, and we have had jumpers develop holes within a single half term. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent issue rather than a one-off.

The frustration is that parents are essentially obliged to keep replacing items, with very few alternative options available. Some of the pricing also feels particularly excessive — for example, £26 for a simple white mesh wash bag is, in my opinion, quite ludicrous.

On a more positive note, the staff at the pop-up shops have generally been accommodating when we have turned up without an appointment, and the team are reasonably helpful.

However, our experience at the pop-up shop has also felt unnecessarily stressful. On one occasion, the member of staff serving us forgot to include a compulsory pair of rugby shorts. We returned the following day so that my son could try them on for size. The level of panic among the staff when we picked up two sizes simply to try on and purchase was quite bizarre. The whole process can leave you feeling very micromanaged as a customer.

Overall, I think the company needs to seriously reconsider both the pricing and the quality of its products. When parents have little choice but to purchase from you, the expectation should surely be that the products are durable and represent reasonable value for money.

Multiple factors are taken into consideration when delivering a pricing structure, to include the composition of garments and cost of production, alongside ensuring that we meet the individual requirements of the school for their desired aesthetic. All these points contribute to the sale cost of an item, and we are sorry to hear that you find our current pricing to be unreasonable.

All our products are regularly price reviewed by both Account Managers and schools, and we are always working to deliver cost-effective products where feasible.

Where an item does develop a manufacturing fault, we would always encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help rectify any issues. We would not expect faults to develop within the first term and would welcome the feedback to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

We appreciate your feedback and will ensure this is taken into consideration during future pricing reviews.

The ordering online is easy enough

The ordering online is easy enough, but after the confirmation email, I heard no more from them or a delivery service, tried to call the branch theres no phones in store, emailed them, then had to chat online to someone, very annoying when you just want to speak to someone to find out whats happening.

plain socks quick delivery

Very quick delivery of sports socks in time for first match of season. Chose non-embroidered to make quicker and it was.

Too expensive
