Charged for a subscription I did not order...NEVER AGAIN !!!
I ordered a lookup for 1 number ($0.95) and then a week later I get billed 29.95 for a subscription. When I emailed a request for cancellation, I immediately got a few emails with dubious messages designed to trick me up. For example, the cancel option was "cancel my request." REALLY???? I'm glad I paid through PayPal because in the end I am sure they will help cancel that payment. I will never use them again.....
Update 4/16/26: I contacted their customer service and was able to get a full refund. At first they only said they would refund half but, after I questioned why only half, they refunded the entire amount. Thank you for the refund!

This site sneaks in an additional charge of $29.95, after you agree to pay $0.95 for assistance in finding an email address. PayPal would NOT cancel the $29.95 charge, as they said it had been agreed to by me??? I never agreed to it. This site is a complete rip off….do NOT ever use it. PayPal is not much help either.

I left one star cuz there is no option…
I left one star cuz there is no option for ZERO stars. You buy a subscription, then you have to pay again to use it doubling the price out the gate, then you pay again to get criminal backgrounds, then you pay again for any other information you may need. All you get when you pay for a subscription is contact information, relatives, old neighbors and debts from what I can remember, it's basically useless information. The juicy stuff people are actually needing like criminal background and social media information is something you pay extra for. You pay again and again, for every different kind of information there is another charge.
Don't waste your money here!!

What a ripoff
What a ripoff. The site said it was charging me $1.99, but it charged me $5.99 and subscribed me to their service. Canceling is almost impossible, as they have the cancel link buried so deep in their site that a user would never find it without contacting customer care.

I tried to get a phone number and paid $0.95 for it. Then one week later got a bill for a monthly fee of $29.95. Surprise! Customer service was very pleasant and offered a refund BUT I was still charged over half of the $30 monthly fee. I paid it as my “stupid tax”. Furthermore, cancelling your service only disables your subscription from renewing and does not offer a refund. Update on refund
Update: The support canceled my subscription but REFUSED to refund my money, giving me 'access until April 29'. I don't need access, I need my money back. I contacted you the same day of the charge. This is a scam for a student. I will not remove this review until a full refund of $29.95 is issued. Ticket #6207601.
