Well they charge you $10.00 per month which of course is a hidden charge and you dont get anything from it! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I demand my money back for two months!

Last update on the number I searched: almost a year ago. Thats the way now folks, sell a product that u dont maintain, expect masses of cash for doing not even the bare minimum. Legal scaming

I am sorry to see so many negative reviews here because I had a great experience with Whitepages. I had been searching for my Aunt and Cousin for decades and was able to gain access to their contact info - including finding out about another cousin I didn't know about! I am ecstatic to now be in touch. Also, when I initially purchased the records I accidentally paid for the service 3 times, and Whitepages gave me a refund withing 2 minutes of me requesting it. I would use this service again for sure.

Posted my information after I got married and I had zero clue! My abuser showed up to my home, unexpectedly too. I was completely unaware and shocked when my cousin told me to see if I was on white pages while scrambling to figure out how exactly he had found us, and lo and behold I was on there and so was my husband. Our address and information just out there for the whole world to see. After like one or two years of privacy. I think it’s DISGUSTING to not be notified of my address being essentially leaked like this after marriage. F this company. This should be illegal! I hope this company is fully aware of how by doing this to people they can get hurt and stalked. This company caters to stalking people and abusers.

Zero stars. Their website reviews are bogus. Out of 20 searches, not one telephone number nor address was correct. Including my own. Waste of time and money. Constantly trying to upsell. They should be convicted of fraud.

Whitepages is so outdated, please don't waste your money. I paid a one time fee and all the infromation was outdated by several years. I got an email update for new information. I was second guessing if I should, and I should of just saved my money. So please save yours, information is was so outdated by years.

When you search the internet for a phone number, this site shows up. Google says it is a "Free Site". That is a lie. When you look up a name they give you vague information, Zero usable info. They want you to pay and there is Zero guarantee that after you pay, you will get actual useful information.

I just got a background report on myself and it was full of alot of inaccurate information.
Glad that I only paid for one report.
Totally dissatisfied with this service.

The report I paid for (to get information on one individual) was full of information for people who were obviously NOT that person (which was easily confirmed by checking the Wikipedia page for this person). I really should have known better. Glad I didn't sign up for a plan with monthly billing.

Whitepages.com is a scam. They lured me in with a 30-day $5.99 membership, but had NONE of the data I was looking for. Save your money and go to the library.

This company sucks and they are scammers! Paid a one time look up fee and they did not give me all of the information.

They ignore support requests and are an awful company.

If I could give -100,000 stars I would, trash and not to be trusted paid $11.00 for a one time use to see the information of a prank call and got nothing.

I've been paying the premium version of this website for several years. I have found that much of the contact information is out of date and associates are inaccurate. I will be looking for a new service.

They say you can get the names of the number by putting in the number. If you want to know whos number it is you have to purchase a plan . They dont give you any useful information.

just looked up my brother's phone number-reverse search . that number was closed oct 2021. its now listed under my name-its never been my phone number.

For the price of only one dollar, I found out how untrustworthy Whitepages really is. They loured me into a 5-day trial for a buck. The information I received after purchasing a subscription wasn't any different from what I saw on their free site. All I was seeking was one email address. I could not gain the email address information without shelling out more money. I promptly cancelled my subscription and demanded a refund. Stay far away from these crooks!

Patently FALSE information, seriously outdated and erroneous reports and ILLEGAL and unlawful use of privately held Trust information. Literally non existent "Customer Service" who no matter how many times you contact them or provide Court Documents to in order to correct their error, provide ZERO response. Biggest SCAMMER Website that entices people with lies about their services and policies. Utter & complete RUBBISH.

Bait n switch operation. I had actually used them successfully once before to track down an old college buddy, but in the last couple months they started sending email notices like Criminal Update (with my friend’s full name and middle initial) so I paid the one-time $19.95 to check it out. They apparently mixed into that report some other guy with a different middle initial. What a scam!! Classic Bait n Switch!! But their online customer service only has tables of standard questions, no complaint resolution. So my opinion of the company went to hell. Had to call my bank to report the fraud.
