Bought a Jaguar XE from Specialist Vehicles Plymouth and had an issue with it. They went out of their way to resolve this at their own cost. Cannot fault their commitment to customer services. Elliot and Katie provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend them and would 100% buy from them again. Really customer focussed and stick to their word.

When I found a car I wanted online and realised how far away I was, I had Elliot at the end of the phone via Whatsapp detailing me about the car, sending pictures, video's and providing me history of it. The attention to detail, honesty and quick responses was enough for me to feel confident on my trip down that I was going to be driving it back without any issues. The level of customer service was brilliant, all attention was on me. I would recommend this dealership. They have a Land Rover specialist that did the car servicing before purchase. After putting my reserve down they had the car ready for me to collect in just 3 days. Just 1 week in and no concerns with the car. Happy Days!

What a fantastic experience we had buying a secondhand car from Duncan at Specialist Vehicles. It can be daunting to buy a car abroad, not knowing who you can trust and if you don’t speak Spanish, it can be a real problem. I cannot recommend highly enough Duncan and his team. He has a great couple of showrooms in San Javier with a wide range of vehicles to suit all budgets. Duncan was so helpful in the purchase of our car. He made the whole process so easy from start to finish. His recommended Insurance lady Jayne got us the best deal. He arranged for the car to be delivered to us at the airport, he sorted out all the documentation, and we can’t thank you enough for the whole experience. It really was super easy and efficient. Wow just wow I normally don't write reviews but this time this is an above and beyond moment. As a father buying a car for his son with his hard earned cash is a huge responsibility and the 2nd had car market can be a minefield but...... Elliot was an absolute star from first call to collection day and for me to travel 500 miles there must have been something special. On collection day the welcome from the Elliot was 1st class and the car was in the showroom as it had been raining in the morning which in its self shows the pride in the quality of cars Specialist Vehicles sell but on checking the car the car had been through their own detailing shop and the paintwork was smooth and shiny and this was the extra mile. After driving home for 5hrs all was great and my son was the cat that got the cream. But the story does not stop there....... after a few days we found an issue with the car that could not have been spotted by me or Elliot at the time of handover. After calls with Elliott he found a local garage to investigate the issue and 3 days later the repair was complete all thanks to team Specialist Vehicles. Thank you and yes I would travel another 500 miles to buy another car from Elliot. Cheers

Yesterday, I purchased a 2015 Fiat Ducato from Specialist Vehicles Ltd. My overall experience was great because I acquired a really nice van at a good price. The staff was very helpful, especially Steve and Serg, who did everything to facilitate me throughout the procedure. I drove the van from Birmingham to Loughborough without any hassle, and I hope that in the future, it will remain trouble-free, considering the current condition of the vehicle and its service history. Fingers crossed!

Tom, Elliot and Katie are all very friendly and helpful which made my buying experience very positive. Also the aftercare was excellent, following a small issue with the car, it was fixed very quickly and with no hassle or cost to myself. Will be going back for my next car.

Great experience buying from specialist vehicles, car was clean when we first went to look at it and even cleaner when picking up. Elliot was very friendly with no pushiness to buy the vehicle. Couple of very minor issues noticed when test driving the car which were completed not long after purchasing(back order of parts). The service centre communicated very well and very accommodating with courtesy car. Gave the car a valet before collecting which is a bonus

I purchased a car from Specialist based on the stunning reviews and a phone call with Elliot. As I live in Nottingham I could not travel to see the car before buying it, so I took a leap of faith. The reviews are not wrong. I took the train down (about 5 hours) and collected the car. The car is exactly as described. Elliott completed a detailed handover including a test drive before I drove back home. It’s refreshing to deal with nice, honest people delivering excellent customer service.
