Pctowbarservices Omdömen

The only place I’d go to have a towbar fitted. A true professional. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly professional, responsive and generous people and company. I recommend to any person who needs services related to their business.

I contacted P C Towbar Services regarding the supply and installation of a towbar on my new Hyundai Ioniq5 N Line. I received a prompt reply with detailed information at a reasonable cost. As a result, I chose PCTS. I made a round trip of 980 miles; from mid France to Plymouth, and it was worth it. I was so pleased with the result; exactly as I expected.

An excellent experience from PC Towbar services. I had my first towbar fitted by Gary who worked late to get the job done due to some earthing problems with my vehicle. I was aware that there was a known issue with the rear cluster brake plugs on my Vauxhall Astra and was going to get a quote from them after the towbar fitting (I literally had them ready to go on the passenger seat). Little did know that it would cause havoc for the electrical part of the install. When I got back and realised what had happened, we laughed at the coincidence. To complete the job, Gary quickly switched them out at no cost to complete the job. He even reassured me when I came back thinking I didn't have a AL-KO compatible tow bar fitted - which it was. Gary and the team were patient, helpful and professional throughout, the was pricing competitive and I would highly recommend you choose PC Towbars as your first local choice in Plymouth.

I had an electrical problem regarding the engine management system on a Land Rover discovery, Gary visited me at our property after normal working hours and rectified the issues very promptly, not only that, he did it very professionally, explained everything in a courteous manner which is very rare these days. I can only highly recommend Gary, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Very great service, one of the best people in UK, if everyone behaves like them the life would be so much easier. Very helpful and professional. Thank you

Excellent again. This is the third tow bar that pc towbars have fitted for me. If you need a tow bar this is the place to have it fitted. A very good job and a very good price.

PC Towbars, Plymouth:

Absolutely top notch service.
From initial enquiry to delivery, Gary is attentive, professional and delivers a quality job.
A breath of fresh air, thoroughly nice chap and a first-rate tech.
I'd recommend PC Towbars for new vehicles too, save a fortune over dealer fitment of the same top quality brands.
Nice work Gary.
