We have recently purchased our new Mercedes from Specialist Vehicles, Elliott was a fantastic salesman, easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not at all pushy. We were given time on our own to look over the car and give me time to persuade my partner that I really needed it! Elliott offered us exactly what we needed for our part exchange to enable us to get the car of our dreams.

The whole process couldn't have been easier and stress free! We’ll definitely recommend to anyone and be back for our next car in a few years!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but feeled compelled to write this one as the service I received at Specialist Vehicles was exceptional.
Elliott was a perfect salesman, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The quality of the cars and their presentation of them speaks for themselves.
They made me a very reasonable offer for my part exchanges and went above and beyond over the final finish of the vehicle, even including a set of roof racks. The whole sales process couldn't have been easier and it is backed by the knowledge that they have a well respected service centre as part of their operations which I will definitely use for servicing and mot when needed.
I am now the proud owner of a lovely BMW and will certainly be back in a year or two for my next car(s).

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a car from the guys at specialist vehicles and especially from Elliot, such a nice bloke puts you at ease straight away and makes what can be a very daunting experience straight forward and enjoyable. I recommend to everyone to buy a car from here. I will be buying cars here for years to come and taking it to their service centre. Car was handed over in immaculate condition and I would really recommend using their ceramic wrap as it makes the paint pop and look expensive their attention to detail is second to none. Brilliant experience the guys here really look after you before, during and after the purchase process.

From start to finish the service I received from both Tom and Elliot was outstanding. They made the experience of purchasing my vehicle a pleasue amd nothing was too much. I had a small once in a blue moon hitch with a door catch when I got the car home and Elliot went out of his way to provide a sppedy solution. We are in the process of buying a car at Specialist Vehicles, from initially having our old vehicle serviced and MOT'd at their service centre in Plympton to then going to the sales centre and looking at cars that suited us and our budget, it was a 1st class service. Phil at the Service Centre had given my wife lots of information and advice about varying cars and Elliot and Tom at the sales centre were brilliant, no hard sell, just really honest advice with a smile. You can tell this is a family owned business as everyone prides themselves on their work but also treating customers with respect. Highly recommended 👌 Probably the easiest car we've ever purchased. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced from many car purchases over the years! I appreciated the clarity and attention to detail, the longer than usual warranty and the car was spotless and still is after a 7 weeks. No issues. Would go back there next time to see what they have in stock.
