Excellent first Padel Holiday. Mark tour leader was excellent. Good group, very good hotel near the beach. Would recommend it

I have been on numerous solo holidays when Mark Atherton has been the leader.
His communication & organisation skills are excellent.

This was my first trip with Solos Holidays. It was great. All of the things we did, seeing the animals, hiking, river trips, both day and night, were wonderful. And our guide, Gary, was just as fabulous. He was warm, funny, helpful, and caring. He definitely helped make the trip what it was.

There were 16 of us in the group. 14 Brits, two Americans, including myself, and one person from France. We had great fun together, lots of laughing, and lots of beer!

The one thing I would point out is that some of the hikes were fairly vigorous, so to get the most out of this trip you need to be in good physical condition and up for hiking that definitely takes a fair amount of energy.

Based upon my experience on this trip, I would definitely recommend Solos Holidays.

Padel Holiday in Mallorca

Another fantastic week with Mark, an exceptional holiday coordinator with great people skills, and a lovely group of padelers!!! Lots of padel on great courts with excellent instruction as required. The hotel was generally very good, although the rooms differed in their standard and views, with good facilities and close proximity to a nice beach.

Hard to fault the new Padel holiday to Santa Ponsa. Solo app keeps you updated with holiday. Our leader Mark first class. A bit tennis whilst at resort even better

It was a great holiday, well organised, good hotel and TL Mark did an excellent job sorting out games and generally keeping everyone happy

Padel holiday in Mallorca. Good hotel and great padel facilities, excellently shepherded by Mark, who always made sure that all members of the group were included and felt valued. He went above and beyond to ensure we all had a thoroughly good holiday.

I went on a week long holiday in Mallorca to play Padel and enjoy some sun and good company with likeminded people ... and that's exactly what I got.

The hotel was beautiful and the food was great. Enough choice for me although one of our party was vegan and there weren't really enough options for her sadly. Hopefully something that could be fed back to the hotel for future?

The solo rep, Mark, was brilliant. He was really proactive with great communication. Friendly and took part in the activities with us - standing in to make up numbers where needed and generally just being part of the fun!

The padel holiday itself was very well organised. We had 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon - none of it was compulsory but tbh, we all wanted to play anyway! Coaching was arranged for those who wanted it - all arranged by Mark the rep.

Really well organised holiday - lots of fun - friendships made and I would be happy to book again with this company. Considering doing the same holiday next year ... :-)

Very enjoyable

This was my first experience of a holiday with Solos and it really was amazing! The tour leader Mark was brilliant (but am hoping he won’t read this as it’ll go to his head) 😂. Really was a great holiday, well organised and fun from start to finish. Plenty of padel and lovely social evenings with wonderful people! Can’t wait to book the next one!!

Solo holidays is a great company for any single person wishing to experience an adventure. The group guide Fiona was brilliant, always on hand to answer any questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Canada, meeting people and visiting many places over the ten days. Looking forward to booking with them again.

I went on a walking holiday to Mallorca. This was my first Solos Holiday and I was very apprehensive but I can honestly say that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Our tour leader Michelle was amazing and the group was wonderful. Nobody had any expectations and each person was given space to settle in and participate in a way that each was comfortable with. I must also mention our walking guide Miguel who went above and beyond to make sure each group member could participate in each of the walks. His local knowledge was extensive and he made us all feel like we were in good hands! If anyone is hesitant about booking a Solos trip I would say give it a go - you won’t be disappointed. I’m already looking at booking a second trip.

My Borneo trip was everything I wanted in a holiday such as this. Our tour leader, Gary, was always on hand to ensure everyone had the best experience and ironed out any issues with speed and good humour.
The combintion of activities, locations, hotels, food and, of course, wildlife along with my fellow travellers makes this one of the best trips I've done.
One word of caution though, some of the trail walks are very challenging if you're fitness isn't what it could be or you have any mobility issues.

Just returned from a fantastic trip to Borneo. Everything about this tour was amazing, made particularly excellent by the attention and professionalism of the tour leader, Gary Bailey. Nothing was too much trouble and he looked after the whole group at all times. Superb!

Just back from a trip to Borneo with Solos lead by Gary.
Involved several internal flights, lots of fast boats, coaches, five different hotels along with loads of excursions and activities yet all just flowed so smoothly.
An absolutely amazing experience with a wonderful group of fellow travellers. Culture, jungle lodges, river safaris viewing local wildlife including crocodiles and fireflies. Beautiful beach hotel to relax at the end. And, of course, we got to see Orangutans!!

Recently returned from a walking holiday in Mallorca. Had a fabulous time. The hotel was really nice. Wide choice of food in the restaurants. Staff were really helpful and friendly
Our tour leader Michelle was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Kept us informed and took care of us all. Our walking guide Miguel was fabulous. Full of interesting information about Mallorca. The walks were so scenic and enjoyable. I would recommend this holiday.

Excellent tour leader made everyone comfortable, helped us all settle in. Great walks with local guide. Good updates from Solos app.

My first golfing holiday with Solos turned out to be a special experience. Meeting really nice people staying in a first class hotel ( Safiro Palace) with exellent food & facilities.
Selma, the tour organiser, did a really professional job throught the week. She made sure all were happy at all times especially with golfing proceedings. Stuart.

An excellent experience walking in Mallorca. The walks had some fairly challenging climbs for some group members, but the views from the Tramuntana mountain range were spectacular. The walks included visits to Deia, Valldemosa and Soller. The group leader, Michelle, and the guide, Miguel, were excellent.
