I recently completed a Flash Pack tour of India and had a very positive experience overall. Highlights included visiting the Taj Mahal and seeing tigers, which was particularly memorable.

We were fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Pankaj, who handled a challenging situation with professionalism and patience. He was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating—even with some difficult personalities, myself included.
Our drivers, Raj and Avneet, also ensured our journeys were comfortable and were always considerate of needed rest and toilet breaks.
We also had the chance to try a variety of interesting foods and enjoy unique cultural experiences, which added to the trip’s appeal.

The tour offered a good level of flexibility, allowing us to move at our own pace.
Our group consisted of around 10 people, mostly working professionals in their 40s, with some in their 30s and 50s. Everyone was fairly like‑minded and gelled well.
While the group leaned more heavily female, it wasn’t an issue.
As with any tour, there was someone who was reckless, annoying and dominating the guide’s time, but that’s to be expected. Just have to hold your tongue for a week or so.

Most of the hotels were quite good, particularly those at the beginning and end of the trip. The hotel in Jaipur could have been better, as the marble floors amplified noise from rooms above, making it difficult to sleep at times.

One thing that flashpack does really well is the App with the Itinary and also the Whatsapp group that lets everybody build a good rapport before the tour starts.
I was actually excited and looking forward to meeting the group.

Overall, I’m glad I chose to tour with Flash Pack, even though it is on the pricier side. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be booking more Flash Pack trips in the future.

I just returned from Peru and my trip was amazing. I have to say, our guide, Arturo, was truly incredible. His attention to detail, passion for his country and ability to make the trip the best experience for ALL flash packers was what made this trip the best it could be. I can’t wait to go on another Flash Pack soon!!!!

Absolutely loved my trip to Vietnam. Everything was well planned. Lee, our guide, was amazing, fun, and well organized. The trip covered most of the major areas and things that were on my list. Some highlights for me were the overnight boat on Halong Bay, Vespa food tour in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mekong River. This tour is a busier tour with some, but not tons, of free time so keep that in mind. Definitely a must do country full of amazing people, food, culture, and scenery!!

I’ve traveled with Flash Pack on numerous occasions, and I’ve always been thoroughly impressed by the meticulousness of their preparations, the welcoming atmosphere they create, and the exceptional quality of their guides.

This is my 2nd flashpack trip and it didn’t disappoint. So much was done it’s hard to pinpoint what was a favorite. Being back in the states I know that this was a trip of a lifetime for me, and one I will never forget. Our tour guide was incredible, always upbeat, excited to show us his country and ready to tackle any challenge! Amazing all around!!

I just returned from alternative Thailand and had an amazing time! We had a small group (only 4) and it was nice to really get to know everyone in the group in a deeper level. Our pack leader Can was awesome! He was so much fun! He was very communicative and let us know what to expect each day. Always there to help with anything that came up. He also offered suggestions for activities and food options when we had free time or unplanned meals. I feel like this trip was a nice balance of activities and free time, especially later in the trip when we got to the beach. Definitely have cash. A little goes a long way. The overnight train was honestly great. The bunks are tight but cozy. If you’re really tall you might not be as comfortable. The floating house stay was a highlight. Just note that there is no power from 9am-6pm so bring a portable charger. The hotels were all lovely. I really appreciated the adults only aspect in Phuket! Overall had a great time and highly recommend this trip!

I believe it all starts with the pack leader! An amazing one can create a great experience for everyone. I’ve had 2 experiences with Flash Pack and have been 2 out of 2 wonderful experiences with phenomenal pack leaders! Egypt with Faten was amazing! The group was a bit cliquey but Faten made it a great experience even for us introverts. I felt safe with her at all times. Roommate was so-so, would recommend a single room if you can afford it! Accommodations in Egypt were more than sufficient. All hotels were 5 stars and excursions were great. Bus for transportation was quite roomy.

Italy with Eleonora was exceptional. The group dynamic was amazing and she gave back the same energy! 3 sets of friends attended but the whole group still meshed really well! Excursions were great but I do wish our “private boat ride to capri” was actually private. The group was divided into 2 and our group included non-FP on board. Accommodations in Sorrento were good. Hotel in Alberobello was sub-par for my standards and surprising for FP—beds were not that comfy and the rooms were quite small; definitely not something I would even rate a 3-star. Location was great though. Otherwise, all other excursions were amazing, fun, and highly enjoyable!

I would recommend flash pack to hesitant first time solo travelers esp females or for travelers who do not have time to plan out a whole trip and just want to enjoy or introverts doing solo travels—this gives you a good balance of time on your own:time with the group ratio. You’ll meet like-minded people from around the world around your age. Great deal!

Loved my Nepal trip. Raj and his team took such good care of us throughout the journey. Would love for flashback to make things easier by including as much as possible in the price so it cuts down on remembering whether x or y is included.
In any case our trip was fabulous and I can’t wait for my next adventure.

Where to start? It was the most amazing trip and Flashpack are so lucky to have Rupert as their pack leader in the Philippines, he made the trip so special and everyone felt welcome. Nothing was too much for him and I think he added to the epic ness that was the Philippines. I’m sure I would have loved the experience either way but he was just that extra level that made this a trip to remember. I’ve done 6 flashpack trips and this one is now my new fave. All I can say is if you are on the fence- book! You won’t regret it and hopefully you get Rupert as your guide as well. So many highlights but the Guinto island experience is such a standout.

Just returned from the Galapagos- an EPIC trip, so much to do and see and experience. We had great guides, especially Pablo, keeping us on track and managing logistics. It’s a really packed itinerary ( it feels like months have passed in just the 8 days!) but everything is worth it, especially snorkeling, boat excursions, and the 10 mile volcano hike. Be prepared for being affected by altitude in Quito, be prepared for intense sun and heat in the Galapagos. Food was excellent and able to accommodate lots of diets.

I recently returned from the Secret Vietnam 10-day trip with Flash Pack, and I can’t recommend it enough. The experience felt incredibly authentic, giving us a deep dive into Vietnamese culture. Our guide, Hoang Lee, was exceptional, knowledgeable, engaging, and truly passionate, ensuring we felt connected to every place we visited. The food was a highlight, flavorful and varied, and we had plenty of opportunities to connect with locals, which gave the trip extra depth. The accommodations were consistently comfortable, and we explored a range of cities, making the most of our time. Most importantly, Vietnam is a very safe place to travel. If you want to see a lot of Vietnam in a short time with an authentic touch, this trip and especially Hoang Lee, will make it unforgettable!

I had a fantastic time on the Vietnam trip. Our guide (Phuong) was super kind and a fountain of knowledge and recommendations for things to do in our free time. The group vibe was so fun and the experiences (food, activities and just chilling together) was great. This is already my third Flashpack and I'm coming back for more!

This was my first time using Flash pack ans I really enjoyed the 45 plus group. The Oaxaca trip was relaxing and active. The hotel was clean and meet my basic needs.

I am just returning from my second Flashpack tour and it was excellent. Accommodations and activities are well coordinated and our pack leader, Mr. P. was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’d highly recommend flashback to anyone looking to solo travel while making new friends.

In March I went to Vietnam and Cambodia, it’s my 2nd trip with FlashPack and I absolutely loved it. Since coming home I have already booked another trip!

The trip was very well organised with a great mix of activities (especially the Vespa tour in Ho Chi Minh and sunrise at Angkor Wat), the hotels were lovely, and the food was delicious. What really made the trip special for me were the amazing group of people I met and travelled with.

I’d like to say thank you to our amazing tour guides. Hai was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly funny. James was super organised and very passionate about showcasing the best of Cambodia.

If you’re thinking about taking a trip with FlashPack and are maybe on the fence about it, I would highly recommend taking the leap and booking the trip! You’ll experience a new culture, take part in some amazing activities and meet some incredible people along the way.

The Vietnam trip was amazing. This was my second Flash Pack trip, and it was just as good as the last one. I love that it attracts like-minded travellers. The value is well worth it. There are a few things in particular that I would have planned slightly differently, and also different hotels, but this doesn't take away from the overall experience that is truly a 5/5 experience. I may have said this about my last one, but the mobile app user experience is a bit confusing. As a product designer and user experience designer myself, I know this can be better, so if you're hiring.... ;)

I’ve just come back from my first Flash Pack trip to Vietnam & Cambodia and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had.
I was a bit nervous going into it, not knowing anyone or how the group dynamic would be, but that disappeared almost immediately. The group really made the trip what it was. We arrived as strangers and very quickly felt like a tight-knit group and I’ve come away with some genuinely great friendships.
The trip itself is definitely full-on, but in the best way. You cover a huge amount of ground and experience so much that it feels like you’ve had a proper deep dive into both countries rather than just skimming the surface.
A massive highlight for me was our guide, Hai. He completely made the Vietnam leg of the trip, the perfect balance of knowledge, humour and just making everything feel effortless. He brought so much energy to the experience and made sure everyone felt included and looked after throughout.
There are loads of standout moments from exploring temples with our amazing Cambodian guide James to zooming round the streets of Vietnam on vespas and loads more.
If you’re on the fence about booking, especially if it’s your first solo group trip like it was for me, I’d say just go for it. It’s intense, it’s memorable, and it’s absolutely worth it.

I had a fantastic trip to Vietnam and Cambodia in March with a great group of people—everyone was easy-going, and there was lots of laughter throughout.

Our Vietnamese group leader, Hai, was outstanding—friendly, organised, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great experience. The trip felt very well planned, with thoughtful touches that made everything run smoothly.

In Cambodia, James was equally excellent. He adjusted the itinerary so we could enjoy the best sunrise at Angkor Wat and a more relaxed final afternoon, which was much appreciated.

I was also impressed by how warm and welcoming the hotel staff were in both countries.

Both destinations were enjoyable in different ways, and while I still have many places on my bucket list, I would definitely return to Vietnam.

My flashpack experience of Winter Iceland have been awesome and beyond words. The trip itinerary was very well planned and executed with nice accomodation and awesome food. Highlight for me: Glacier hiking as well as truck experience in highlands.It was my first time in Iceland and it is breathtaking and beyond my imagination.Hannah, our trip leader,have been amazing ( one of the best ) with perfectly executing the trip, extremely helpful, informative, going beyond and above with great sense of humor ,that kept us all in the group all happy and cheerful. Thanks flaspack and team for this amazing experience that will stay with me forever.I would highly recommend to book this tour if you are planning to go to Iceland during Winter/Spring.

I had an absolutely incredible time on my trip to Vietname & Cambodia. This was my third Flash Pack trip and as usual, everything was meticulously organised, with wonderful boutique hotels to stay in and well chosen activities (of which there were many). If you are looking for a relaxing trip with lots of downtime, this is not the one for you, but if you are ready to make the most of your time discovering new countries and cultures, this is perfect!
There were many highlights to the trip, but a few of my favourites were the cruise around Lan Ha Bay (karaoke amongst the islands!), the Vespa street food tour in Ho Chi Minh City (an amazing way to see the city) and the sunset gondola cruise outside of Angkor Thom (complete with champagne).
I would also like to say a huge thank you to both of our guides. Hai was the perfect mix of friendly and knowledgable, along with impeccable comic timing! James curated the perfect visit to Angkor Wat to watch the sunrise - it never felt like we were following the tourist path.
Finally, I was so lucky to be with the group of people that booked this trip - every day brought more fun memories to share and I'm sure we will be meeting up in the real world too.
