Awful experience
Awful experience. Customer service is terrible, they dont get back to you. Can't get through on calls and the text message service is ignored. Snap blame Learndirect and Learndirect blame Snap. Either way im in limbo and repeating myself daily, exhausting options and various other means of contact and escalation.
I am awaiting a refund and have been since the 10th January but they will no doubt take another payment. I was inside the cancellation window of 14 days and thats been acknowledged but still not refund.
Advisors say they will chase it up and get back to me and they don't get back to me. I will be escalating this and I suggest others do the same.
Ive since spoken with yet another advisor and if nothing has resolved by the 20th February (nearing my next payment date) I will have no choice but to take legal action. That's my only next step.

Amazing service and company from start to finish it’s a great help when your not financially able to buy expensive items in cash so this scheme helped me to get a sofa when I got a new house it’s officially paid off now can’t complain about anything.
