Have 2 loans with snap finance and the process was uncomplicated and easy, the app is easy to use and they always let me know when they are going to take a payment.

Have been with SNAP for a few years and they are really good they go out of their way to make sure everything works for you. The are amazing and keep adding new shops that you can use. They give you limited and you don’t even have to spend it all. Which is a huge benefit. Their interest rates are great and so is repayment plans which they have several. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED 👍

Well, I would have reviewed well, but, having paid my account up in Jan/Feb, and they confirmed it as closed, today I receive THIS laughable response! Wow! Potentially damaging this

The company is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are helpful, professional, care about their customers and will always be a helpful as possible. Their staff are friendly, understanding and I've never had a bad experience dealing with them.

They’re trying anything to put me into arrears.
My card expired July 2025 and wasn’t updated with them, I had been paying through a payment link they sent me and in October I got a message from a debt collection company under them saying they’re putting me in arrears, I then phoned up 3 times and each time I was told it was a unallocated payment, it’s been sorted and they set up a new direct debit. The last person I spoke to allocated the payment but that’s all. I had to write a formal complaint for them to take the arrears off my credit file and re activate my direct debit.
I got a message as of yesterday telling me I was in arrears, yet again.
The direct debit payment wasn’t taken, this time no payment link, no heads up, nothing.
I phoned them today asking about it and they’ve said they can’t tell me that it won’t appear on my credit file. I have the money, they just didn’t take it and didn’t bother to tell me.
Before this I had no issues… I won’t use again and will be writing yet another formal complaint

I have been reassured that it won’t affect my file, but after everything I’ve been through I don’t trust them until I’ve seen it. 2 stars for the fact their complaint department are somewhat decent

This company is hopeless they stopped taking my payments I was fed up getting in touch was having no replies to my emails to sort it out in the meantime my account was going in arrears I raised a complaint in the end but even that was hopeless it was a load of lies in the report so I’m now taking them to the ombudsman their staff are hopeless no one knows their job
